Our experience was underwhelming.
1) The rooms were at a minimum tidy and clean, however, something about the place just didn't feel sanitary. You could see the swirl marks from the mopping on the laminate flooring, and some hair from the previous guests did remain.
2) This is Korea, so normally you'd expect that cleaning staff would smile or at least greet you in the hallway. My guess by appearance and by lack of professional deportment is that the cleaning staff were Chinese (so are the day and night attendants, although they are fluent in English, Korean, as well as Chinese; which leads to my next comment).
3. The Chinese guests in the room next to our and the one next down from theirs were loud up until 4am. My partner needed to go to work the next morning, and she was unable to get proper sleep. They kept their doors open as they packed their prized Korean cosmetics and fraternized loudly, laughing, shouting, having intercourse etc. When I complained to the front attendant, he tried to speak to them, but the guests became irate and aggressive. One made a passing comment that if I wanted peace and quiet that I should stay at a better hotel. He then muttered under his breath to his girlfriend that it was probably because we didn't have money.
I do need to mention, however, that the staff were very polite and courteous and did everything they could to attempt to rectify the problem and to express their regret for the quality of our stay.
