Well organized and run property... low cost private room with bathroom. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby for whatever you need. Free water and coffee (instant single serve coffee, obviously not fit connoisseurs).
There are plenty of bus and subway connections nearby, but to get anywhere north of the river (which is where most tourist attractions are found) it's about a 30-45 minute public transit ride. Not bad at all, but it is the tradeoff for the low cost private room. The only private rooms north of the the river at the same price point were very poorly rated.
Luckily public transit in Korea is very cheap and hyper efficient. And no matter where you stay in Seoul you'll end up needing to take transit anyways so the only downside to staying at Gangnam Seven is saving ~30 minutes per day total in commute time. The upside is you save a bunch of money for a very clean and functional room in a well maintained hotel.
