I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at CALISTAR Hotel during my visit to Korea, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. From the moment I entered the premises, I encountered numerous issues that left me unsatisfied and frustrated.
Firstly, the service at this hotel was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, lacking any semblance of professionalism. Even simple requests took an eternity to be fulfilled. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to cater to guests' needs.
Furthermore, the rooms were far from what was advertised. The walls were thin, allowing every sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms to infiltrate my peace. This made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, with constant disturbances throughout my stay. The decor was outdated and worn-out, lacking any warmth or charm. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with noticeable dust and stains on the furniture.
The worst aspect of my stay was the faulty bathroom facilities. The showerhead barely produced any water pressure, making it a frustrating endeavor to cleanse oneself effectively. Moreover, the drainage system was faulty, resulting in a slow and unpleasant flooding of the bathroom floor. This led to a constant dampness and an uncomfortable environment.
