"I stayed in a single room at the Bristol Hotel for 6 nights in April and would happily stay there again. The room was clean, serviced daily, had a kettle with tea/coffee/sugar available and I found the bed very comfortable. The room is compact but I was not in it most of the day so I had no need of a large amount of floorspace. There was a notice in the room indicating Swiss environmental guidelines restricts operation of air conditioning to within certain temperature parameters. This didn’t bother me as I left the window of the bathroom open a little overnight anyway to keep some fresh air circulating. The daily continental breakfast was tasty and filling and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Very close to Zurich HB to catch train to other city , shopping and foods are close . Old town is walkable. Breakfast is excellent and staffs are welcoming and friendly. "

"Clean, comfortable bed/pillows. Free shuttle fromZurich airport to hotel. There is a 10CHF fee for shuttle back to Zurich airport. Hotel provided free bottled water in the room. Stayed 1 nite for an early flight out of Zurich. Highly recommend. "

"Altstadt hotel is in a really convenient spot in Zurich!! There is construction going on, on that street though which can be loud as cars pass by. Again very convenient though. Very nice rooms and bathroom! Has an elevator as well."
