"Perfect for families - 3 rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and an all in one washer/dryer (although the dryer is not effective but a large drying rack is available) The area itself is walkable to the water/theme park and mall with a lot of restaurants. Great location and would stay here again!"

Seogwipo in general is much warmer than Jeju si, especially around Jungmun area. I recommend visiting beaches and mountains around here. Btw, El marino sea food restaurant is excellent so one should try it out.
