별로
오자마자 인원수 확인하시더니 막 맞게 계산된거 맞는지 모르겠다는 식으로 맞이해주심.... 제가 4인에 얼마라고 분명히 사이트에 적혀있었다고 말하니까 그제서야 아 알겠다고 하면서 키 주시는데 너무 기분 나빴습니다. 벌레도 많았구 서비스가 너무 별로였어요

난방 good
가족여행으로 2박을 머물렀어요. 아이들이 복층을 좋아해서 예약했어요. 식기류는 4인이 쓰기에 부족한 느낌이었는데 저는 뭘 해먹지 않아서 관계없었지만,, 만약 요리를 한다면ᆢ 불편했을 것 같아요. 제가 패밀리아에서 가장 만족한 부분은~~ 한겨울에 난방이 뜨끈뜨끈하다는 점이에요. 게다가 더욱 놀라운 것은 복층에도 따로 난방이 가능해서 위에서 자도 하나도 춥지 않고 잘 잤어요! 복층이라 추울 줄 알았는데 그부분이 가장 좋았고 주차도 집 바로 앞에 하니까, 짐 내릴 때 등등 여러모로 편했습니다. 추운 겨울에 다시 제주를 방문한다면 또다시 묵고싶은 숙소입니다.

저희는 여행중 음식을 주로 해먹는 타입인데 주방 도구들이 그냥 라면이나 끓여 먹거나 즉석 조리 식품정도 조리할 수 있는 수준이었습니다. 주방을 빼고는 시설은 나쁘지 않습니다. 주인분들이 청결하게 관리하시려고 노력하시는 것 같았습니다 그러나 그부분을 강조하시다보니 오히려 서비스면에서는 좀 그렇습니다. 사용자들도 깨끗이 써야하겠지만 그러함을 강조하시는 부분이 너무 지나치셔서 좀 불편한 부분도 있었습니다. 그리고 동절기 등에는 객실 회전율이 높지 않은지 아니면 다른 원인이 있는지는 잘모르겠으나 곰팡이 냄새가 조금은 있었습니다. 서비스 응대 부분에서 좀 개선된다면 좋은 숙소가 되어질것 같습니다.

수영장이 있는 패밀리아팬션
복층구조 깔끔하고 에어컨도 빵빵하고 수영장이 있어 아이도 만족하고 사장님부부 친절하시고 큰 비중인 가격도 저렴하고 즐거운 여행이였습니다 또 방문하고 싶은곳이네요~

깨끗하고 여주인사장님 친절하게 대해주셨어요 조금만 수영장이있어 애들놀기에는딱입니다 근처에 해수욕장 그리고편의점은 차로 3분거리 아무튼편하게 머물다왔습니다
