Welcome to this country house located on the outskirts of Sencelles. It has capacity for up to 6 people.
The garden surrounded by the lawn invites to enjoy peace. Two porches completely furnished invite to celebrate the evening with your family, maybe cooking a delicious barbecue? The little ones can play at the playground in the meantime. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The property is distributed in two buildings of a single plant each. In the main house there are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with shower, one of them en suite.

For our younger guests we will prepare a cot and a highchair. In the cozy living room you can watch satellite TV or just relax on a comfortable sofa. The kitchen, with ceramic stove, is independent and has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. The dining room is in the same area. The living room and the main bedroom feature AC. Six electric radiators complete the equipment.

In the second building, there is a kitchen with gas stove and a bathroom with shower. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The house is located in the countryside but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the village of Sencelles, a charming village in the center of the island. There is a small supermarket, a bank, restaurants and everything you may need for your stay. The car is necessary to get to the beach and to move around the island. We recommend you to visit a "celler", typical Mallorcan restaurants with local food. Wednesdays take place the weekly market in Sineu, the most traditional of the island., with its market stalls, full of fruits, vegetables, clothing, crafts and jewelry.

It was the perfect family home.
It was the perfect family home. We enjoyed our 1 week stay in this beautiful, family-friendly finca. The house and garden offered everything we could have asked for. A very well equipped kitchen, a huge garden with a lot of stuff for the kids to play with, super comfortable mattresses, a huge smart TV. But the best thing about our stay was the friendliness and great hospitality of Miguel Angel and his wife. We would be happy to come back. 100% recommendable!

Tak for fantastiske omgivelser for en dejlig ferie. Vi har nydt roen og de meget hyggelige udearealer. Huset er rent og det er meget velholdt både inde og ude. Der findes alt, hvad man har brug for af håndklæder, parasol, badedyr, pool, bordtennis, grill osv. Vi kunne ikke finde vej til huset, men blev hentet af vores meget gode vært inde i Sencelles. De bedste anbefalinger fra os alle 5

Hay todo lo que puedas necesitar, incluyendo gel de baño, champú, detergente, papel higiénico, papel de cocina, pastillas para el lavavajillas, hasta sal, especies y aceite para cocinar. Y encima los anfitriones nos dejaron un vino y unos chocolates de regalo. Gracias Miguel Ángel! El espacio exterior es muy amplio y los niños lo disfrutaron mucho. Los gatitos Pepe y Pruna un plus, a los peques les encantaron, muy amigables y educados. Y el Wifi funciona de maravilla, pude trabajar varios días desde la casa sin ningún problema. También a mencionar la tele medida gigante para sesiones de cine. Todo maravilloso, repetiremos seguro!

Es war eine sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Mit Auto war alles schnell erreichbar. Der Gastgeber Miguel war sehr aufmerksam, sehr nett. Ein paar Dinge im Bad, z. B. Armaturen und Duschvorhänge könnten mal erneuert werden. Auch die Sonnenliegen müssten bald ausgetauscht werden. Aber sonst war die Unterkunft wunderschön und auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Wundervoller Familienurlaub
Eine wunderschön angelegte Finca, der es an nichts mangelt. Bestens ausgestattet und so viel mehr als wir erwartet hätten, vor allem was Spielgeräte für die Kinder betrifft. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr, kommt alle 3 Tage den Müll abholen und Pool reinigen. Man hat Nachbarn, die man ab und zu hört aber man ist sichtgeschützt auf dem Grundstück. Das einzige was einen stören könnte ist, dass man direkt in der Flugschneise wohnt und gerade morgens und abends im Minutentakt die Flugzeuge über einen fliegen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, für die Kinder war es sogar eher ein Highlight, aber wer absolute Ruhe möchte sollte sich dessen bewusst sein.

Finca zum Wohlfühlen
Die Finca ist ein Ort wo man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Super netter Empfang vom Vermieter und zur Begrüßung standen sogar eine Flasche Wein, ein Stück Melone und ein paar Snacks bereit. Die Finca ist super gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und ansprechend. Besonders gut haben uns die zwei Terrassen gefallen, so das man je nach Tageszeit ein Platz fand wo man gemütlich zusammen sitzen konnte. Die Lage der Finca ist sehr gut, da sie fast mitten auf der Insel liegt sind alle Ziele gut erreichbar. Ca. 15 Minuten entfernt im Ort Inca findet man viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen wie z.B. Aldi und Lidl. Besonders schön ist natürlich auch der Pool. Alle drei Tage kommt der Vermieter den Pool sauber machen und den Müll abholen. Bei der Ankunft war nur eine kleine Kaffeemaschine da, wir haben den Vermieter drauf angesprochen und am nächsten Tag war schon eine größere da. Wir können die Finca zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Die Finca ist sehr geräumig und hat eine gute Grundausstattung.Der Pool und der Müll wurde alle drei Tage geputzt und abgeholt. Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Inca ca.15 min. entfernt.(lidle,aldi)

La Villa es preciosa y está muy bien cuidada.
Nos ha encantado Villa Cypres. La estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. Prácticamente no nos hacía falta salir de la Villa porque disponíamos de todas las comodidades en un ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo. Miguel y María, los propietarios, la tienen muy limpia y muy bien cuidada y nos han atendido muy bien. Han sido muy atentos y agradables. Sin duda si nos alojáramos de nuevo en Mallorca, lo haríamos en Villa Cypres! Gracias Miguel y María.
