"The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"The room was great, well lit, very large, easy walk with luggage from the train station. We were placed in an annex. Maybe the actual hotel is better. There are 2 flights of narrow steep stairs. No elevator, this was very difficult carrying luggage up. There was another room in the annex which you share the kitchen and toilet with those tenants. You do get your own shower, which is private, but its in the same room. You share the vanity, mirror, there are 3 sinks and you get your own blow dryer....

"It's a studio that can sleep three of us. No AC outside of the room with beds. It worked to our advantages as we had our laundry hung outside of the room to dry. "

"The apartment was clean and bright. Cooking was possible and it was a very convenient location. Some messages weren’t responded to which is a problem in an unmanned hotel. Like most places in Japan there’s a real lack of flexibility around bedding (the eiderdown/doona is way too hot with no other options - take note management.)"

"The home is on a busy street and shakes every time a bus goes by. They seem to stop by 10:00 PM and don't start again until 7:00 AM. If the house was 90 feet over it would certainly be better. Beds were comfortable and the home is close to The castle and the gardens, both of which are phenomenal to visit. The dining area is pleasant enough. "It was a pleasant stay and location is great. Is about 560m away from Kanazawa station .We are able to drop off our luggage at Kanazawa hotel before our check in time . Is a plus as this hotel is unmanned. Smooth Check in with password given. Comfortable bed and family friendly. "

"The hotel is amazing, the tallest I would say on Kanazawa, and super close to the Kanazawa train station so very convenient. The rooms are spacious and with great and high quality amenities, they seemed a bit old though and our room had a kind of musty smell but other than that we slept really well and enjoyed the provided amenities."

"Nice onsen and clean floors much appreciated as everyone are required to take off their shoes after entering the hotel. I came during the new year holidays and of course expected the hotel was at peak congestion. When we check out unfortunately it was the peak hour and we had to wait 45 min for our car to get delivered down. "
