"We checked into this hotel which is right above a grocery store. Upon checkin they claimed that they do not work with Expedia and do not have our reservation. They were nice, but we had to pay again. Large rooms, nothing else. Do not book here."

"Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served."

The room is ok, however there was a smell of old furniture or building… and even some smell of the cigarettes in bathroom. AC worked perfectly. The breakfast is delicious, you choose at check in what you want for you to be cooked. They have fantastic smell of the body wash liquid. However, there were no bathrooms items as in all 4 stars hotel. "
