"We were driving from Bordeaux to Frankfurt and chose this hotel from Expedia’s site on a Friday because it had onsite parking and a restaurant. After checking in the receptionist told us (a) the hotel’s parking area was not safe so we should not leave any bags in the car and (b) the restaurant was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! We couldn’t get a refund but we found another hotel a few kms away with a secure parking lot and two restaurants, so we relocated. "

Fishing was ok but the lilies really needs to be cleared. It is ideal for a couples, would definitely return. We had our dog with us he loved it and we felt very safe. "Lovely house with loads of character. Excellent for large groups as loads of space. Limited wardrobes that were usable ! Shame that the outdoor pool kept loosing water and the lining was a bit green so we didn’t use it. Lovely owners very helpful and a very helpful local lady. Nice village. We had a lovely stay.
