Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen. Die Toilettensvhüssel und das Waschbecken wackelten. Im Untergeschoss war die Kaffemascine verschimmelt. Die Couch und der Sessel waren durchgesessen und nicht benutzbar. Die Toilettenschüssel...

" Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns nicht geweigert die Reinigungsgebühren zu bezahlen, sondern waren erst der Meinung das diese uns nicht auf der Hauptbuchungsseite angezeigt wurden und haben uns nun gewundert, das wir diese vor Ort zahlen sollten. Im nachhinein haben wir die Reinigungskosten versteckt im Kleingedruckten gefunden. Und auch vor Ort bezahlt. "Convent I Cappuccini was amazing. We (18 family members) spent a week here in early July 2022. The rooms are so beautiful and simply appointed. There were absolutely no complaints from the group. We loved the pool, the forest walks, early morning runs to Montalcino, lovely dinners on the patio, and day trips to close by hill towns. This house is a perfect venue for a wedding, family reunions or conferences. Riccardo kept the pool sparkling and was a great host. Thank you."

"Logement bien équipé et très bien situé dans l’environnement exceptionnel de la campagne du Val d’Orcia. Le panorama autour de la maison est fantastique et très calme. La maison est séparée en deux logements indépendants. Les propriétaires sont au rez de chaussée. Ils sont très gentils et accueillants mais aussi très discrets..
