"Staff was attentive and friendly - made sure we had all the relevant info - I was celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special with an in room sweet treat - hotel is located in one of the best spots of the city - easy walk to almost anywhere - covered parking in the scc center and the hotel has valet. Breakfast had a lot of options both traditional Bosnian and some intercontinental /American type breakfast options - rooms were very nice and I would have to stay very nice and best hotel in downtown Sarajevo - highly recommend! "I had a great stay very close to old town Sarajevo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, including calling taxis and offering restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast offers a good assortment of options. The only negative was that the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear guests in neighboring rooms. Aside from that, a really good value for money, clean accommodation close to old town, and really friendly staff. "
