"We loved the uniqueness of this property, renovated in a way that held on to many of the original architecture. Very clear directions for parking and accessing the apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, etc. and a huge table. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was too hard for us (but that is a matter of preference), our friends found the bed in upstairs bedroom to be fine. Overall a lovely visit."

The facilities are excellent, the pool is a delight, surrounding area has a wealth of things to do - e-biking on the coast, walking in the mountains, picturesque mountain villages, hill-top towns like Penne and Chieti, wonderful food (the ice cream!). And the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful."

They and recommended lots of great places to visit in the area, from beautiful wild beaches and pretty hill towns to stunning walks in the Majella National Park. The flat is clean and well equipped, though worth noting that it is quite a long walk to the seafront so we suggest this property will work best for those with a car."

"November 2022 We stayed at this apartment in Pescara and must say how wonderful of an experience we had. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean, and centrally located in regards to all the areas we were visiting and the family we went to visit! The fact that we were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer (yay!!!!!) was such an added bonus! It is very close to the seashore, (maybe a simple 5 minutes walk) supermarkets and so many more entertainment places! We look forward to...

"Chose the property to attend a wedding in the area. Property is great - up in the residential area but still only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. Property itself is large and accommodates 6 easily. Very well appointed and clean. Definitely a find and recommended."

"Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, tolle Lage am Hang mit Blick aufs Meer, schöner Freisitz, Möglichkeit zum Grillen (Holz war vorhanden), Radlweg direkt am Meer entlang gleich neben dem Apartment, privater Zugang zum Strand (den hatten wir oft für uns alleine, Reisezeitraum war die letzten 2 Augustwochen) über Treppen zum Meer. Vom Apartment zum Strand ca. 5 Min zu Fuß. Es ist ein Strand aus runden Steinen, im Meer kommt dann Sand. Man muss nicht ewig reingehen, um schwimmen zu können. An diesem gibt...

"Den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Maria haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt ausgestattet (bis auf die Spülmaschine), sehr sauber und elegant. Die Wohnung liegt sehr strandnah, was für die Kinder perfect ist. Geschäfte, Apotheke, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt, Konzerte, Bushaltestelle, alles war innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist eindeutig weiter zu empfehlen."
