Luxury Zen Architect Villa with a Huge 14 m Pool and its lounge.

Located in a quiet district in Seminyak, the Balinese Riviera, the villa offers a huge pool. It is located just a few minutes walk from restaurants, trendy bars and chic boutiques to the lively Oberoi, but also close to the most beautiful beach of the island and trendy bars like KU DE TA overlooking the sea and its waves for the delight of surfers.

Ideal for couples, family or friends, the villa has 3 large bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, can accommodate 2 to 8 people, and will delight each lover of design and exoticism. This villa is a beautiful architect-designed house with contemporary and sleek, but where the tropical and zen atmosphere has a big place. Large volume characterizes its interior space.
The villa has a living area of 200 m² and has 3 large bedrooms, with 3 king size beds, (single beds on request with extra charge), huge dressings, 3 TV, Free Netflix access in Bedroom 1, 2 with direct access to the pool.

The exterior is enhanced by a long mirror swimming pool, with a beach with sunbeds in the water, as well as an outdoor lounge providing a huge sofa and coffee table with view in the pool water.
In the evening, a blue light all around the garden makes the villa come magical.

The garden provides a sense of serenity to this wonderful place.
Without forgetting the original entrance pond where you walk to access the lounge entrance.

Daily Housekeeping,
Breakfasts and Floating Breakfasts cooked each morning on request, choice of several menus for your Lunch and dinner (w/ extra charge).
All is cooked with fresh daily market ingredients.

Staff: Housekeeper, Cook (our menus with extra charge), Manager/Concierge, Pool maintenance, Gardener, Security guards outside the villa, driver on request (transportation with extra charge).

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was stunning, fantastic staff, stunning pool and clean rooms! Couldn’t fault it at all! Would definitely come back. Really good communication with the owner of the villa too so was east to sort things out ahead of getting there!

We had a lovely stay. Everything in the villa lives up to the images on the site and the staff's hospitality was as good as it gets. There are many local dining gems within close walking distance but one feels tucked away from the hubub of central Seminyak. Thank you, Emmanuelle for being a patient and understanding host.

Our stay was only 5 days it was at the end of a very busy tour we enjoyed the pool and the quiet place bar was close good pizza,shopping and many other restaurant were within walking distance the beach is a bit of a hike but taxi are at the end of the street check in was probably the easiest I have ever had the only suggestion I would have to improve is to replace wood around the pool

Nothing but positive comments after staying at this beautiful villa My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the villa, and were amazed at how beautiful the villa was, from the huge bathrooms to the extravagant pool. Lovely villa for adults
Our stay was lovely and the villas was exactly as advertised. We had a toddler with us and the villa is not really suitable for toddlers. There is the pool which of course is beautiful, but there is also a water moat with wooden stepping boxes from the front door into the living room which looks lovely but is not pram or toddler friendly. The staff are delightful and the manager is very service committed.

Thank you all for hosting us. Ketut has always been on time to help us with every single request. Special thanks to PUTU, when you are there and he will look after the villa during your stay you will know what I meant. Putu is a person who looked after villa and environment around every day. Prefect, thank you Putu again for your great job. If I could suggest I would change the sun beds or at least repair them, most were broken, could not adjust them as parts were missing and broken.

We, a family with 2 children enjoyed the stay very much. The service at the house was perfect and the villa manager assisted us promptly with any question. The in house cooking was wonderful with very good food. The house and pool were very clean and sheets and towels were changed regularly. The house is very centrally located with a well stocked supermarket within walking distance. Despite the central location there was no street noise at all. The only criticism is the pool area. The pool is clean and in good condition but the pool surround and the wooden planks already show strong weather-related signs of wear. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Emmanuelle.

Family Holiday
We had a great stay at this Villa, Myself my Wife, Son and Mother In-law. All the Staff were really friendly, And helpful. The property is in a good location, only a 5min walk to the nearest bar and restaurant, 7min to the closest MiniMart, and about 10min walk from the Main Road, Sunset Road which has a main supermarket. It's about a 20-25 min walk to the beach. However there will be a driver available who you can hire to drop/pick you up and arrange excursions and tours too. The cost of the driver service is really cheap. The Villa itself is well presented and has plenty of appliances in the kitchen, fresh bottled hot and cold water, a Gas cooker/Hob. We used the chef service for a breakfast on our first morning in the villa, and the value, quality & quantity of the food was excellent, ended up lasting is through to the next day there was that much. The pictures in the advert were clearly taken when the Villa was first constructed. In reality some parts of the villa are looking tired and could do with a touch up, paint external walls, cracked windows in kitchen and villa garden. The loungers were good, but had previously been broken, and some of the lounger padding mats were ripped. However these are just asthstetic, and didn't bother us, or affect our use of the villa. We had 1 issue with a broken lamp in the bedroom, but this was fixed very quickly after we reported it. On the whole it's a good villa, and we would come back to it, if we were ever back in Bali.

Best Villa we’ve ever stayed in
This villa was spectacular in every way. It was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well presented. The staff were amazing! They couldn’t do enough for us and were so kind and helpful. We had a chef come to the Villa one evening and cook us a meal, which was one of the most wonderful experiences and the food was divine. The pool is warm throughout the day and night. I honestly cannot fault this Villa. We loved every second of our stay.

Belle villa au calme
Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette belle villa. Tout est mis en œuvre pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. La manager est facilement joignable pour organiser les repas délicieux et très copieux ,les massages à la villa et les sorties. La maison est située dans une ruelle très calme où l’on entend aucun bruit de la ville. Nous avons fait appel à la villa pour venir nous chercher à l’aéroport et le service était parfait ; le chauffeur d’une grande gentillesse et très prévenant. La propriétaire de la maison a répondu très vite aux différentes questions que nous nous posions avant notre séjour. En résumé… SÉJOUR PARFAIT

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé 12 nuits dans cette villa magnifique; l'emplacement est idéal pour effectué toutes visites de l'ouest, du centre et du sud de Bali. L'environnement est très calme, alors même qu'il y a d'autres villas aux alentours. Je veux mettre une mention spéciale à Eka, qui était à nos côtés quotidiennement et qui est formidable. Elle est d'une gentillesse incomparable, tous ses conseils nous ont été précieux et elle aime communiquer sur la vie des balinais et leurs traditions. Notre séjour a été une réussite aussi grâce à elle qui est aux petits soins et qui veillent à la propreté et au fonctionnement de la maison!

Very very happy with the accomodation
Everything was as advertised: very clean & modern furnishings, large warm pool, rooms serviced everyday, Wayan the housekeeper speaks good English & was very helpful to guide on tourist activities, made us lovely breakfast & dinner. Walking distance to the heart of Seminyak, used also taxis available everywhere & cheap (approx AUD$3). The villa is also affiliated with a transport service; for all day driver, had Made & Wayan Edu driving us to places during our stay. Very helpful & friendly The only downside was the mosquitoes everywhere outdoors, but I guesse that’s just Bali 😊. Prepare yourself well with a good mosquito repellent I highly recommend this villa if looking to stay in Seminyak

Lovely villa
The villa was true to the photos, lovely, clean & comfortable with terriffic staff. There were a few small issues in the villa but once mentioned were soon dealt with. We found the villa to be a little further out than expected however the drivers were always available & happy to take us anywhere. Mosquito repellant & coils were a necessity to us as the villa backs onto a rice paddy. Overall we had a very plesant stay for 4 nights & easy communication with the owner Emmanuelle as often as required.

Highlight of our trip
The villa is as advertised, clean, spacious, tranquil and relaxing. There’s a responsible guard at the entrance of the lane, making us feel safe and secured. Once we entered the villa we already felt very welcomed by what we saw, the huge pool (a place we always spend the evening in after a long day out in the scorching sun)! The manager welcomed us with cold drinks and fruits, and showed us around. Each room has its own keychain with the key to that room and the entrance, giving guests more freedom for going out and about at different times and coming home without disturbing others. Then the rooms. Comfortable bed in each with attached bathrooms. Ample room to move around and ample space for luggage and many racks for easy storing of personal belongings. Two rooms are with floor to ceiling doors, allowing guests to relax in the airconditioned rooms looking out to the glistening pool or in the evening, the romantically lit pool. Double curtain to block lights out. The third room is with a regular door for those needing more privacy, and it also has a sofa, which can be turned into a sofa bed. The kitchen is adequately equipped for making breakfast and light meals. In such hot weather, we literally consume gallons of water each day, and big thanks to the water dispenser which serves both cold and hot water. Ample well washed towels of different sizes provided, a must for a villa with such a nice pool. The pool is clean and big enough for swimming as well as the whole family floating and fooling around. The cleaning lady is also accommodating, when requested, she would come in later in the morning instead of very early to give us more privacy. Location wise, it’s only a 10 minutes walk to the busiest area where one can find everything from restaurants to massage parlours, to shops and supermarkets, but due to the hot and humid weather, and as a family with young children, we still find it too far to do so. But don’t be deterred by my comment, the location is really very central, very quiet and safe neighbourhood yet next to where all the actions are. I highly recommend this villa. It’s the highlight of our trip. Thanks to all the staff who helped us make us stay comfortable, and the owner and manager taking the time to answer to all my questions in details prior to our stay.

Incredible villa
We had a group of 5 stay at the villa for 6 nights and it was perfect in every way. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The villa itself was amazing, the pool is massive. It looks exactly like the pictures. Security at the end of the lane made us feel very safe, checking we are ok when being dropped off in taxis etc. We found that the villa was too far from bars/restaurants/shops to walk but we had no problems getting a driver or taxi at a very minimal cost so it didnt bother us and being located where it was made it nice and quiet at night. Cant speak highly enough, we loved the villa and will be returning in the future. Thanks again!

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Villa
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Leuten und haben die Villa für 12 Nächte angemietet. Angefangen vom Check in bis zum letzten Tag war alles super! Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Alles wird von den Mitarbeitern sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Alle waren super freundlich und zuvorkommen! Ganz herzliche Menschen dort. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer super schnell und einwandfrei! Auch ein Late Check-out war kein Problem. Wir können diese Villa wirklich nur empfehlen!

Very enjoyable few days
We lived stayingin this villa. Staff go over and beyond to make your stay memorable enjoyable and special the mate works tirelessly. Do tip her well as she only gets €90 month for 6 day a week work. Bring a mosquito replant. Seminyak beech is 15min walk- fab experience. Had a local pedi - great job And a haircut which came with a free massage :0) Make the most of Seminyak 's restaurants especially Batik
