"Despite signs all over Janske Lazne advertising a free ski pass with room. this hotel does not offer guests a free ski pass to those guests who book their room through Expedia. Kind of frustrating to find out after waiting in line at the gondola only to be denied entry. But other than these this “flaw”, the hotel is modern and offers a very nice breakfast buffet. "

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"The holiday home is very spacious and well equipped. Matresses are quite thin and hard, but OK for a short stay. Sheep and dogs in the vicinity of the house might wake up light sleepers, as well as the hot air balloons and light air craft that fly around Trosky castle in the early morning.
