- Petugas hotel un educated, jd tidak paham tentang arti hospitality, tdk ramah, cuek,,, malesss.lihatnya muka jutek, siapa juga kalee. - Minta pindah kamar yg ada jendela terbuka gak digubris, padahal hotel kosong dan kamar banyak tersedia. - Ini yg parah, hati2 ketika baru masuk hotel untuk stay pertama lali, bisa2 sepray dari pemakai sebelumnya tdk diganti, maklum low price,,, parahhh,,, bisa2 ketularan Covid 19 bagi pemakai sebelum nya
