"Ein großes Lob an unsere Vermieter! Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Ausstattung ist topp! Sogar ein Sodastream ist vorhanden. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir auch die Sauberkeit des Hauses! Und für unsere Fahrräder gab es einen abschließbaren Bereich. Was will man mehr ? Wir kommen gerne wieder! "

"We enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious place and a good location. We walked to the Mainz Fußball stadium for a game. We bought pastries at the gas station across the street in the mornings. We walked to the Mewe grocery store around the corner. Our only complaints were that there was no washing machine as listed, no WiFi or internet as listed, and no responses from host during our stay. "

Only negative for me is that the bathroom vanity is high for me since I'm petite but still worked out. They had large bath towels that is rare. We met the daughter as we were leaving, and she was coming in and chatted with her briefly letting her know that we enjoyed our stay."

"Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...

"This property was just what we were looking for. The traditional farm house is well-built and well-maintained and the owners' eclectic sense of style was beautifully displayed throughout. The house is outfitted with everything you'll need for a restful and idyllic stay. Be aware that the beds are quite firm and we slept very well. "We had a short five day stay in July 2023. The property was very convenient and located in a lovely hamlet close to Woorsatdt, close to and easily accessible from the A61 and A63 Autobahns in a beautiful setting amongst vineyards. Our hostess made us very welcome and she was very helpful as we tried to communicate with very little German and English. There is lots to see and do. We have no hesitation in recommending this property."

"Large place with separate bedrooms, large living room and well stocked kitchen. Our family of four was comfortable during our two night stay. We had good communication via email with the property. The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. It is on a big hill so a bit of schlep into the small commercial district and driving a stick was tricky, but parking was easy. Im zugehörigen Innenhof konnte man sich gemütlich und in Ruhe aufhalten, was bei dem Wetter perfekt war! Der Vermieter, Ingo, war sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat während dem Wochenende immer wieder sichergestellt, dass es an nichts fehlt und super Programmtipps für in und um Finthen gegeben, die man sonst vielleicht nicht gefunden hätte. "The property is surrounded by beautiful fields and vineyards in a non-touristy part of the area, but also close to towns like Mainz, Wiesbaden and Heidelberg. Very close to local supermarkets too. It was great for us - clean & well appointed. Only downsides were no Wi-Fi (which we knew about beforehand) and the property on-site wine tasting was shut for a holiday whilst we were there."
