"Can’t praise this property enough. Everything is mint condition, well equipped and nothing missing. Even built in mosquito nets in all windows. Outdoor kitchen was still work in progress but no big deal as there was anyway the downstairs kitchen just a couple of steps away so no problems to prep meals and snacks to enjoy in the pergola while taking in the views. "Such a beautiful and authentic villa. A setting no less than perfect for a proper stay in the Italian country side. Just a 10-minute walk from Stia and yet fully private. Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."

"Magnificent!!!! Palazzo Serre, in San Leo, is absolutely stunning. The views from the home are incredible of the rolling hills and the various mountain tops. As for the interior, the furniture and amenities are plenty and the beds are extremely comfortable. Also, it was so nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom which provided for great privacy. The 11 of us really enjoyed our time at the house and we look forward to returning next year to enjoy the new pool."

"Host did not tell us final payment had to be in cash until the end of the stay. Had to go get 1100 euros! We were unaware we had to pay for all utilities including using lights, cooktop, hot water. WiFi was extra too. Winter heat was not turned on yet and it was cold and we had no way to turn it on. House as clean, the estate was very lovely, lots of privacy, would be nicer in good weather. Poppi is a very nice town just out of the way for day trips. "
