The apartment anchor is generously and lovingly furnished for 4 persons.
It has two bedrooms each with a double bed, a living-dining room with fully equipped kitchenette and a shower room. The day can be spent on the furnished balcony with a glass of wine, where smoking is also allowed, as the apartment is a Non smoking apartment. In the basement is a coin-operated washing machine and a Tischbügelbrett. An iron is in the apartment. Your four-legged friend is also welcome. In the outdoor area you can relax in the beach chairs and enjoy the view of the Selliner See

Gepflegte FEWO in guter Lage!
Die Fewo ist ideal für 4 Personen, ist gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Auf dem dem großen Balkon hat man morgens und abends Sonne, über die Mittagszeit ist es angenehm schattig. Das Objekt ist sicher schon einige Jahre alt, das Inventar nicht mehr das modernste und teilweise etwas abgenutzt, aber dennoch zeitgemäß und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist dafür in jedem Fall angemessen. Auch Checkin/out waren unkompliziert und die Kommunikation sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die Lage ist eher abgelegen, doch man kann alles (Strand, Restaurants, Bahnhof, Einkaufen)zu Fuß ereichen. Für die Nähe zu Straße und Bahnstrecke darf man nicht allzu sensibel sein. Einziges Manko: es gibt nicht wirklich Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Für uns war es ideal, insgesamt eine sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

ein erholsamer Urlaub, Unterkunft war Top
An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu kritisieren, praktische Einrichtung und gute Lage. Der Anbieter, FeWo-direkt, zog uns jedoch volle 19% Mehrwersteuer ab, obwohl im August 16% fällig gewesen wären. Deshalb bitte keine Angebote mehr, mit solchen Abzockern möchte ich nichts mehr zu tun haben!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Wohnhaus, klasse Lage
Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was eine Familie braucht, wenn auch einige Geräte defekt oder abgenutzt sind. Man schläft sehr gut und der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir hatten kein Problem mit dem Rasenden Roland, welcher von früh bis spät vorbeidampft. Auch die Feuerwehrwache war für die Kinder spannend. Die Fenster blieben da nachts eher wegen der anliegenden Bundesstraße zu.

Die Wohnung ist okay
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Vier Personen haben bequem Platz. Uns haben Sitzauflagen für die Stühle auf dem Balkon gefehlt. Es wäre auch praktisch, wenn die Unterbaumikrowelle eine Schnur hätte die bis zur Steckdose reicht. Eine Verlängerungsschnur gab es leider nicht. Gegenüber vom Wohnhaus befindet sich der Spiel- und Sportplatz einer Jugendherberge. Das sollte für Urlauber die es ruhig mögen mit erwähnt werden. Im Bad fehlen für die Bade- und Handtücher Haken zum aufhängen. Dafür gibt es allerdings einen etwas klapprigen Wäscheständer.
