The comfortable 95 sqm large apartment has a living room with TV, telephone, radio and CD player. Three separate bedrooms (in one are the beds apart) In the cozy kitchen, a large dining table, dishwasher and stove with oven is. In the bathroom two sinks, a shower, a bathtub, a toilet and a washing machine for free use are available.  In warm weather, a balcony with garden furniture invites you to linger. For younger guests, a high chair and a cot are available free of charge. Well-behaved pets are welcome for € 3 per day. The apartment includes a garage. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is the landlord complimentary,

The large apartment is located on the first floor of a duplex located in the center of Sellin in a quiet side street. The pier and the wide sandy beach is within walking distance. The Wilhelmstrasse, with its restaurants and shops, is nearby. The forest area (the Granitz) can be reached in 200m. From here you can start your cycling and hiking tours. there are 800m and the stop of the buses 400m to the train station of "Racing Roland".  The big Edeka supermarket is located about 700m from the object.�� A stroll through the sea world is always worthwhile to unwind. You'll also find the water park with its popular saunas and pampering services.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage in Sellin. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und möchten gerne einmal wiederkommen.

Unterkunftsbeschreibung
Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Kopfsteinpflasterstrasse und dadurch sind die Fahrzeuggeräusche (morgendliche Hotel Belieferung) stark wahrzunehmen. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen groß genug aber leider in einem sehr abgewohnten, in die Jahre gekommenden und teils mit Schimmel an den Wänden, misserablem Zustand. Die Matratzen sind grösstenteils durchgelegen und die Bettwäsche (Bettlaken) hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen (Löcher). Die Sauberkeit im allgemeinen lies sehr zuwünschen übrig. Viele Spinnen und ihre Netze sind in allen Zimmer verteilt. Schimmelflecken im großen Schlafzimmer, in der Küche und in der Dusche (Hauptsächlich in der Duschkabine an den Fliesenfugen und Duschwand).
