The holiday house was built in 1995 and was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2013. It provides 67m² of living space, with a private parking space (no. 4) behind the house, as well as bicycle storage room no. 4. The ground floor has a light living room with a big terrace in front of it, facing south-west, as well as a separate kitchen, a little storage room, a WC and an entrance hallway. The upper floor has a big bedroom with a double bed, a big built-in cupboard and a desk with a drawer. There is also a little bedroom with a single bed and a supplementary bed. The shower room has a deep shower bath, a WC and a new washing machine. The living room downstairs provides a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table and armchairs, as well as satellite TV with radio channels. The cosy dining space with a big wooden table and four chairs rounds off the room. A holiday library and a selection of games are provided. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a big fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave with a grill, a big stove with an oven and cooker hood, a dishwasher, coffee machine, small espresso maker, toaster and beautiful crockery. There is also a selection of condiments.
The classical terrace furniture with a little bench, table and two chairs provides space for pleasant hours spent outdoors. The spacious holiday house is on the village road a little uphill. The village road with residential traffic only has buildings on one side and runs parallel to the shore. The nearest shops and leisure facilities are about 4km away.
IMPORTANT: during the summer months the accommodation is only let out by the week, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. The local tourist tax must be paid locally in Sellin.
