"Otele varana kadarki süreçte Defne Hanım çok ilgiliydi. Otelin konumu ve diğer ihtiyaçlar hakkında bizi bilgilendirdi. Daire, modern dizayn edilmiş ve içerisinde tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak mutfak ekipmanı mevcuttu. Fakat bununla beraber el sabunu ve terlik yoktu. "A very basic hotel but clean. The bathroom plumbing needs attention. Location was good, not too far to walk to the bus station or the Old Town. I was annoyed that they only accepted cash as a payment when it specifically said on the website that credit cards are accepted."
