"When looking for a place to stay I read a review saying this place was more than expected and it sold me on booking. It is so much more than expected, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area and a very nice and extremely clean room. The record player was such the perfect touch. We will stay here again!"

"Great stay at the Little Rock House for us while we enjoyed the festivities of Bike fest. Easy access to downtown and all bike paths. The house is as pictured. Comfortable beds, although the metal frame on the primary is quite creaky and squeaky ( maybe a tightening and some WD40). The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for our stay. "Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I stopped on the way and grabbed some coffee pods just in case and I'm glad I did because there were only hot chocolate pods available. It's a simple fix that...

"The duplex is nice and clean and sits in a quiet neighborhood that's wooded. There was lots of wildlife and the lake is close and absolutely gorgeous We loved the back deck and had three young buck deer come and eat right by the porch."

(Just a bit awkward sharing apartment with friends because the shower doesn't have a private area). We loved the place, but disappointment with the communication and getting double booked for the last night...causing us to have to leave a day early."

"Cabin was recently remodeled and was cozy. There was a smell upon entering … perhaps a remnant of the remodeling. The bed was comfortable. Husband loved the shower. There was a fire pit located near our cabin. It was too hot for us to use on our visit but would be a great feature in cooler temps. Also a pool, hammock, corn hole game and horse shoe game near by. We would return in the future. "
