CHECK-IN:
Self check-in is easy. Upon booking, access to the Retreat key and internet password will be disclosed and you can just walk right into the Retreat with no host interaction needed. Your booking email will also have directions to nearby epic hiking trails, parks, and restaurants, some of which are local gems unknown to the general public.
CAPACITY:
The Retreat sleeps 16 people comfortably indoors and holds a maximum of 20 people (bring up to 4 tents 🏕️ ). Some guests can set up tents on the property for a fun camping experience.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST:
Tasty pastries, fruits, orange juice, and apple juice are included for each morning of your stay.

The Redwood River Retreat includes 2 units.
Unit 1: The 1500 SQFT Redwood River Lodge (11 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, 1 bathroom with large shower)
Unit 2: The 170 SQFT Redwood River Cottage (2 beds, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with covered outdoor shower)
The Lodge has 10 amazing skylights that makes for peaceful and sunny ambient light. Large church-like windows overlook the breathtaking view of towering Redwoods and the Van Duzen River, giving a peaceful and relaxing feeling in the home.

HOUSE RULES:
🚗 DRIVE SLOW IN NEIGHBORHOOD
🎵 NO LOUD MUSIC. There are a few neighbors about 500 feet from the Retreat.
🐶 NO DOGS (no service dogs), this will keep the Retreat clean & not scare away or endanger the 2 cats on the property.
🚭 NO SMOKING INDOORS. Smoke outdoors at least 50 feet away from the buildings.
🌲 LEAVE NO TRACE on the Wild and Scenic Van Duzen River.
