We were told that it was going to be cleaned “tomorrow”. It took days to clean so no pool for 3 days and then the next day we were on a tour. "The accommodation was nothing like the pictures on the website. The bedding and furniture is outdated …driveway too steep . I had to extend my stay but moved to a different accommodation. Will not book this accommodation again. "

"Definitely different. Beautiful African beadwork, artwork and spectacular wood furnishings. One could spend hours soaking it all up. Our arrival was disappointing. Taken in through a side door to our room with no orientation about the palace its surroundings local places to eat. Exterior beautiful gardens neglected. Viewing deck total overgrown.
