Villa Sunny with pool, by the beach

Villa Sunny is a large holiday home with a pool, right by the sea in Selca. A few steps lead from the pool terrace to the sea and beach. The location right by the sea, in a small bay in front of Selca, makes it a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The house is built from original Bracer stone and offers holiday comfort for up to 16 people.

There are 6 residential apartments for 2 or 4 people each. In total, there are 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Some apartments are also equipped with a kitchenette with dining area and have access to terraces with sea views.

All areas are air-conditioned, satellite TV and WiFi are available, as well as bed linen and towels.

On the ground floor there is a large living kitchen, fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, etc.) right next to the pool, for breakfast, cooking or drinks and snacks for the day.

The large terrace with pool, sun loungers and parasols offers bathing fun for everyone, the built-in open grill invites you to communal barbecue evenings. On the separate, slightly lower terrace towards the sea, there is a large seating area, several pine trees provide thick shade here. In just a few metres you are directly at the sea, where a dreamlike beach area with a shower and space for sun loungers and parasols awaits you, a boat mooring is also available.

Private parking spaces for guests are available directly at the house.

Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs)

Arrival to the island of Brac from Split or Makarska by ferry.

super nice villa
Die Villa war einfach ideal für uns. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Personen, für diese Anzahl Personen war die Aufteilung großzügig. Die Lage am Meer ist auch perfekt. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Great location
The villa is in a great small quit bay very close to the end of the road, with direct access to the sea and plenty of shaded area as well. Also, the host was very helpful and accommodating. Our larger group included young kids and we all had a very good time. One downside the villa has is it's layout. The 3 apartments on the street level have a nice terrace, but unfortunately that doesn't go anywhere and there is no access from it to the inner yard, pool and sea. You have to go thru the street entrance on the side of the house and people will have to go thru your bedroom to gather on this upper terrace. One other suggestion will be to better equip the kitchens with utensils and upgrade the bathrooms a little. Overall we had a nice stay.

Urlaub auf Brac
Villa Sunny war die richtige Wahl! Wir haben uns in die Insel Brac und die malerischen Örtchen Selca und Sumartin verliebt. Es ist ruhig, traumhafter Ausblick, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Die Villa hat 5 Sterne verdient! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, auch mit der Kommunikation mit MaDu Holiday hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!
