Make your way into the main living area with its matching sofas, soaring ceiling, and TV, or spend time soaking up the sunshine out on your furnished back patio.

Borrow some of the provided beach gear including an umbrella, chairs, and boogie boards, and head to the shore, or stay close to home and refresh in the seasonal community pool.

THINGS TO KNOW
An air mattress is provided as an additional sleeping option for younger guests.
Guests must place their dog in a crate when they are away from the unit. Please bring your own crate.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
Includes surfboards, skimboards, boogie boards, tennis rackets, and adult bicycles.
Baby gates and Pack-N-Play provided.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
