Welcome to Bayside Resort! Here you can enjoy a beach vacation or stay put and enjoy the pools and amenities/golf in the beautiful resort community of Bayside! Situated on a quiet street, the house backs to a beautiful pond where you can watch the sunset or, grab a rod from the garage and try your luck at fishing (the pond is stocked!). There is plenty of room to spread out in this open floor plan and relax with two living areas on the main floor.. Prepare your meals in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, and stainless-steel appliances, including a double oven, or enjoy one of the many nearby restaurants including several options within the Bayside community. The large dining table includes seating for 8 plus additional seating for 6 in the kitchen. Also available - Bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach wagon, fishing rods, extra fridge in garage, baby floats, baby booster seat with tray and more!
Bayside is just a short 4-mile drive to Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches and attractions (or go a little further to Bethany, Dewey or Rehoboth!). The community offers a beach shuttle service to Fenwick State Park. The Commons and Sun Ridge pools are located within walking/short driving distance (see community amenities and optional fees below).

1st floor - Master bedroom (king) with master bath, powder room
2nd floor - Bedroom 1 (king), Bedroom 2 (queen), Bedroom 3 (1 set of double bunk beds), Bedroom 4 (double), Full bath with tub/shower combo, Full bath with tub/shower combo
Linens - Including sheets and bath towels are included. Bring your own beach towels.
Parking - one parking spot available in the driveway in front of our townhome. Additional parking steps away in the community. No street parking on our street.
SHOPPING/RESTAURANTS:
Within Bayside, Signatures offers year-round full-service dining, and 38 Degrees at The Point is open seasonally. A Harris Teeter grocery store, CVS pharmacy, PNC Bank, Fox's Pizza Den restaurant, wine/liquor store, ice cream shop, and McDonalds are conveniently located at the entrance of the community. In addition, you'll find many great dining and shopping options within a short drive of Bayside.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
Lots to do for everyone!! Bayside Amenity Passes are OPTIONAL and not included in the rental rates. Amenities include tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools with snack bars, hot tubs, splash zone for kids, fitness centers, kayaking, paddle boarding, basketball court, volleyball court, nature walking and biking trails, 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course (separate fees), and more. Bring your poles and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds or try your luck at crabbing from the pier. Enjoy live music and family activities at one of the scheduled events throughout the community or attend a performance at the Freeman Arts Stage (tickets sold separately) located just within the community entrance.
Resort Passes are required for guests ages 5 and older to access the pools, fitness centers, sports courts, kayaking, and paddle boarding in Bayside. Purchase is optional. Amenity fees are priced per person and vary by the time of year (see below). The Health & Aquatics Center and sports courts remain open year-round. Outdoor pools close during the off-season. Golf is available for an additional fee.
**Amenity passes must be requested at minimum 10 days prior to first day of rental. Once a request is submitted there are no refunds for guest passes that are not used, lost, or stolen. **
