House was nice and super clean! Has everything you need inside and out! Even with the low water the kids enjoyed a little fishing! Would definitely stay here again ! Nice place to enjoy the grandkids!

Very comfortable stay
I wanted a place close to town but also wanted it to feel peaceful and quiet. This is beautiful place to stay, lots of space to move around, play outside and sleep comfortably. I am a pillow person, I bring my pillow on vacations with me all the time. I did notice there were efforts to make the beds more comfortable with more pillows added, I feel like that's worth mentioning due to previous comments concerned about pillows. I definitely plan to stay here any time we visit family. Thank you for a wonder place to stay!

Petite Lake House
This was an extended family tubing trip and The Petite Lake House in Seguin was perfect for us! We spent our day floating, but the lake house was perfect for all before and after activities! This is now our go-to for all our Hill Country trips!!!

Fun getaway
We had a great time! The house is really cute and the kids loved playing on the swings and the husbands enjoyed fishing off the dock. My only suggestion is to bring your own pillows. The pillows at the house are pretty flimsy.

The Petite House-River Front Property
We loved our stay at the Petite House. It has a large yard and the house is very cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family gathering for TLU graduation. The listing mentions the drained lake, but I didn't realize it was right on the river (I did see it on the map, but didn't know I had access). That was a big bonus. Although, it was hard to get to the river as there are no steps (there is a slight drop where the yard ends and the lake should be). My only complaint was that the back porch was really dirty. We had to sweep off lots of cob webs and leaves, etc. off the walls, floor and couch. All in all, we loved our stay at the Petite House. I would definitely stay again.

Great property just a few thoughts.. We checked in late Thursday night. Got up Friday morning had coffee and was gonna watch the news. I know TV is not a huge deal, but there was no remote for the tv. There was a remote for the Sony dvd but would not work for tv. Text management on Friday at 10:30 am didn’t get a remote till Sat at 2: 30 pm. They brought remote with no batteries. So didn’t have tv the entire stay. Bring your own Pillows unless you like a very flat pillow There also is a dead deer carcass in the front yard.

Very nice stay!
Victoria was very responsive and welcoming! Upon arrival, one of the smoke detectors was beeping for low battery and the back door was also unlocked the entire time. The dead bolt would not lock. The bathroom had little worms in the drain, but after rinsing it out, they were gone. Overall, a great stay!
