Two story brick home on an acre along the beautiful Guadalupe River. Located near downtown Seguin, minutes to shopping, a 15 minute drive to New Braunfels and only a 35 minute drive to downtown San Antonio to the Alamo & Riverwalk.

Peaceful, Amazing Views
Can’t say enough about this property. Plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. Great BBQ pit and a grill for cooking!! Spacious house with plenty of room, and a sunroom that’s adds additional space!! Clay & his wife(Host) made sure the house had everything we needed during our stay. My family will definitely be back sooner than later.!!

Great river location We utilized the outdoor fireplace in the evening and it was perfect I love that it was minimal furniture and excess decor to enable a cleanliness feel and not cluttered Great great spot

Perfect Spot
Our group of 12 loved our stay! Clay is an amazing host. The house is perfect for gathering and making memories. Rope swing, tree jump, volleyball, and an incredible patio for hanging out. Can’t wait to stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here. Clay was a great host and easy to contact. He even came out to the house to bring something that was missing. The docks were awesome. We will definitely stay here again.

Great space with plenty of perks
The house was well stocked with toiletries and cool wear/spices and the location is hard to beat with the water being right in the backyard. Fantastic outdoor areas for grilling, volleyball, fire pit. Having the kayaks and tubes on site was clutch.

We went with several families for vacation and we had plenty of space. The outdoor area was fabulous and had so many things for the kids to do. I only wish there was a little more hot water for the shower!

This property was great! There is plenty to do on the property itself! Especially if you are there when it’s warm. Only feedback would be the deodorizer they used is very strong.

Family Getaway
We had 3 families staying at this property and had plenty of room. The teenagers loved the rope swing and jumping from the tree. Clay was a great host and very accommodating. We all enjoyed our time.

Calm with great golf course views right by the river. Nice out door fire pit for the s’mores, basic pantry essentials, plenty of parking and comfortable in home amenities made our stay memorable. Will come back in the future. Thanks!

I highly recommend this property and its' host!!!
We just got back from an amazing getaway to celebrate a few birthdays. It was a great size, and the outdoor space was beautiful. To add, the host rocked. He is very nice and great at communication. If you are looking for a fun place right on the river this is the perfect house.

Great stay!
We had a houseful of family and there was enough room for us all and many amenities at the house! Kayaks, fire pit, volleyball is what we used most but other great things for all ages. A tad further from the things we did but it was a quiet neighborhood! Clay was quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had.

Perfect summer spot
Our large group enjoyed everything about our stay! The house was cool and spacious, we did not need to bring fans as someone else mentioned. Highlights include the screened patio with TV and fans, big grilling area, firepit, and river access. The host responded quickly and helped us promptly resolve an issue with the AC when we checked in. I highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the area. Who knew Seguin had such little treasures to offer. The view of the river and golf course were very nice also. We had 6 kids and 7 adults and there was room for all. We will definitely come back.

Swinging at the River
The whole family created great memories! Swinging out into the water, jumping out of a tree, paddling down the the river, swimming, volleyball, grilling, spending quality time out on the porch. We enjoyed it all!
