Located in Seguin, this modern & updated mobile home/guest house offers one large bedroom, a dining room and a spacious living room with a futon/sofa bed for an extra guest. With A/C, WiFi, and heating, guests can relax and unwind in this wonderful retreat. Make your next trip to Seguin one for the books with a stay at our place! We are conveniently located just south of downtown Seguin, convenient to the Guadalupe County Coliseum, Texas Lutheran University and easy access to I-10. An oasis for animal lovers, there are cattle, horses, goats and chickens on the property. We are happy to arrange a "meet & greet" with the animals during your stay!

Amazing!!!!
This is the BEST place we have ever stayed. The home was stunningly decorated, exceptionally clean, & located in the most picturesque setting I could have imagined. Ingrid and Brandon were incredible hosts, introduced us to the livestock, and gave us a tour of their farm. We also purchased farm-fresh eggs and beef from them which were delicious! If you can stay here, DO!
