Perfect villa for a big family or group!
We were expecting quite a lot - and we had everything we could dream of! This lovely villa was perfect for our family with four children and six adults. The location, the view, the pool and the facilities were just perfect for us. We spent one week here in absolutely lovely weather, just what we needed to forget the Norwegian so-called summer. We decided not to rent cars and we did not miss them at all. A small supermarket with everything you need for breakfast/lunch is just three minutes away. A couple of restaurants with nice food are in walking distance, the sea is two minutes away and best of all, a small ferry can take you to Trogir every 90 minutes (and back, of course). The taxi fares are also low, so getting to/from the airport was no problem at all. We also used taxis for a daytrip to Split and all the drivers will give you a fixed price if you ask. Our vacation was also a success thanks to the landlady, Mrs Enisa. She is just the perfect host and she helped us with everything we could possibly want. Thank you so much, Enisa! We would absolutely recommend this villa for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in a luxury house.

Traumhafte Lage, tolles Haus
Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub, die Lage des Hauses ist top, ruhig gelegen - aber mit vielen Möglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich in der Nähe. Ausstattung - alles super, Pool mega, tolle großzügige Terrasse, zum Meer tatsächlich nur ein paar Meter! Sehr netter Gastgeber ( durften sogar die Tomaten aus dem Garten ernten ), kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Fantastic Holiday in Seget Vranjica
we visited Croatia for the first time and were truly impressed with the beauty of the country. Seget Vranjica is a small town with several restaurants and plenty of beach areas to swim and sunbathe, a short boat ride away is the upmarket bustling town of Trogir with its many bars and restaurants along the water front. The villa was clean and well maintained and just as described in the advert, the pool was fantastic our boys had a wonderful time whilst we could sit by the pool watching the boats sailing on the Adriatic. Miss Enisa was the perfect host and could not do enough for us during our stay, she was very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble, everything we needed was at the villa, even sunbeds to take to the beach. Our holiday would not have been the same without Miss Enisa! We visited Kyra waterfall and rafted on Cetina river both of which were most enjoyable. Trogir is a beautiful town and we enjoyed eating out by the waterfront and watching the boats and yachts arriving and departing. We all had a truly fabulous time and would recommend a visit. Thankyou for such a wonderful holiday.

Villa not totally private
Nice villa in good surroundings with great views. However, we were not made aware before we arrived that the owners mother lives on site, and although she was very nice, the villa did not feel private or exclusively for our use. This is not mentioned in the villa specification.

Urlaub im kleinen Paradies
Wir haben einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Villa verbracht. Dank Vermietertipp und Navi haben wir das Haus im Sträßchengewirr leicht finden können. Wir wurden von der Betreuerin herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Die Außenanlage ist wie ein kleines Paradies. Wunderschön, hell und sauber, mit sonnigen und schattigen Ruheplätzen, großem Grill, den wir bei dem tollen Wetter oft nutzen konnten, dem Pool das Highlight und dem großen Balkon auf dem man die lauen Abende verbringen konnte. Den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Inseln kann man vom Balkon oder von der Terrasse aus genießen. Wunderschön auch die Abendlichter von Trogir. Die Bepflanzung rund ums Haus wurde mit viel Liebe gestaltet und wirkt sehr entspannend. Der Grapefruitbaum vor dem Eingang ist sooo schön. Die guten Matratzen und festeren Kissen (nicht überall üblich), sowie die vorhandenen Insektenfänger und Zubehör dienten einem erholsamen Schlaf. Küche und Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet und hatten durchgehend warmes Wasser. Alles hat prima funktioniert. Super auch die beiden Kühlschränke mit genügend Platz für Gefriergut, da man bei den Außentemperaturen alles kalt stellen musste. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Den Markt von Trogir, den man täglich besuchen kann, muss man gesehen haben. Wunderschön bunt, mit frischem Obst und Gemüse uvm. Für Strandfaulenzer ist der kleine Strand, den man in der Nähe hat nicht geeignet. Wir haben einen Strand bei Ciovo besucht. Es gibt viele Bademöglichkeiten und das Wasser ist überall sauber. Die Krka-Wasserfälle kann man von hier aus relativ schnell erreichen und man kann durch das Örtchen Skradin bummeln. Haben da leckeres Eis gegessen. Unser Fazit lautet: Wir kommen wieder! Tausend Dank an unsere liebe Betreuerin, die sich immer um unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat und immer für uns da war.

Best holiday home ever!
On the 6th July 2012 two Norwegian families finally arrived at Villa Magnolia! We booked the house in August 2011 so we had ample time to look forward to the stay and to build up our expectations! And we were not dissapointed! The house, the pool, the view - it is all really as beautiful as the pictures promise. Trogir is a fantastic place for a family holiday - you can reach it easily by car (10 min) or by the shuttleferry that departs a few minutes walk from the house. The village Seget Vranjica is quiet, and there is a couple of grocery shops just a few minutes walk from the villa. The villa was perfect for a holiday with two families traveling together. We were 9 people all together (a 2 year old baby, 4 teenagers and 4 adults), and particularly the little one and the teenagers loved the pool! The pool is one of the best things about the house and well worth paying a few extra euros for. We cooked a lot in the house and had no problems catering for 9 people - there are two large fridges in the kitchen in addition to a smaller one in the upstairs kitchen. You may be able to find cheaper accomodation in the Trogir area, but if you are a large group travelling together you cannot find a better holiday home than Villa Magnolia. There is enough room for privacy AND enough room for everyone to sit together and enjoy dinner or just lazy about in the sun and the pool. I highly recommend Villa Magnolia to everyone who's looking for a relaxed holiday in a home where everything is at top standard, and I hope I'll be able to return one day! Best wishes, Liv Karin

Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus
Wir waren im Mai 2012 mit 9 Personen (7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in Villa Magnolia. Wir können dieses Haus und den Ort nur weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und toll ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden. Der Pool war super sauber und sehr schön. Abends konnte man prima draußen sitzen und die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die umliegende Inseln und das Meer genießen. Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Meer in eine ruhige Seitenstraße. In fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es verhältnismäßig preisgünstige Restaurants. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich, hlifsbereit und selbst unsere "Sonderwünsche" hat man erfüllt! Es war einfach spitze, nochmals unsere Dank dafür. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder!

Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie das regelmäßige Boot nach Trogir und zwei kleine Supermärkte, in denen man alles Wichtige bekommt. Das heißt, daß man hier sogar ohne Auto bequemen Urlaub machen kann. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war überaus freundlich und hilfreich. Wir bekamen gleich alle relevanten Informationen und konnten entspannt in den Urlaub einsteigen. Sie war stets bereit, uns weiterzuhelfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. So verwöhnt haben wir uns noch in keinem Urlaub gefühlt. Und wenn man den auf den ersten Blick hohen Preis auf 8 Personen umlegt, ist es nicht einmal teuer - gemessen an dem, was hier geboten wird, sogar sehr angemessen. Sehr empfehlenswert für mehrere Erwachsene, oder (wie wir) eine Familie mit mehreren Jugendlichen, die Tag und Nacht den Pool genossen haben - echt cool.

Ein echter Traumurlaub
Nachdem wir recht kurzfristig in den Urlaub wollten haben wir dieses Anwesen gefunden, und hatten das Glück das es noch frei war. Wir das waren zwei Pärchen mit einem Baby (damals 8 Monate). Das Haus liegt traumhaft am Ende einer unbefahrenen Straße, in zweiter Reihe über dem Meer, und die Bilder werden der Realität wirklich nicht gerecht! Es war ein echter Traumurlaub in einem volkommen Luxusdomizil. Das Highlight war dann nochdas wir die ersten Gäste nach der Renovierung waren!! Das Haus hat einfach alles was man sich wünschen kann.... Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer, Flachbildschirme in jedem Raum, ein W-Lan Netz (für die die auch im Urlaub Ihre E-Mails brauchen) und dann noch die fatastische Terasse und Balkone, alle mit Meerblick und sensorgesteuerten Markiesen! Der Grillplatz und die bequemen Loungemöbel auf der Terasse waren abends einfach perfekt um bei einem kleinen Wein die Nacht zu genießen! Und das Absolute Highlight für uns alle war natürlich der geniale Pool! Mit Massagedüsen und einer echten Schwimmgröße wollten wir das Haus fast garnicht verlassen... Und die nächtliche Beleuchtung des Pools... einfach schön gemacht! Die kleinen Restaurants im Dorf kann man bequem zu Fuss erreichen, und mit gleich zwei kleinen Supermärkten nur eine Gehminute vom Haus entfernt waren die kleinen Einkäufe und frisches Brot fürs Frühstück gesichert. Nach Trogir waren es vielleicht 3-5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zusätzlich kann man aber für ein par Kuna auch das Wassertaxi nach Trogir nutzen, das direkt unterhalb des Hauses eine Anlegestelle hat, und mehrmals am Tag dort anlegt! Also auch ohne Auto kann man die Idylle genießen, und erreicht sowohl Trogir als auch Split volkommen problemlos! Wir hatten noch das Glück, das die freundliche Mutter des Vermieters gerade in der Einliegerwohnung des Hauses war, und sich so liebevoll um uns und unser Baby gekümmert hat! Auf diesem Weg nochmals vielen lieben Dank hierfür! Von Restauranttips über Sehenswürdigkeiten bishin zu der tollen Hilfe auf der Suche nach einem Zahnarzt an einem Feiertag!!! Für uns war es ein wirklicher Traumurlaub in einem echten Traumhaus, und wir planen jetzt schon wieder zu kommen...

Excellent! Highly recommended.
This was the perfect place for 4 adults and 1 kid to stay in Croatia. The villa is brand new,very clean and maintained to a high standard. It is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy all the pleasures of Trogir, Split and the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this property to a group or a family. Specially the swimming pool is something what everyone enjoys:-) Our host -Mrs Enisa was wonderful and charming person, eager to help with anything that would make our stay better. It was a great time and we'll come back for sure! Dear Mrs Enisa, best regards from all of us!
