Villa Rozana is a luxury waterfront villa (5 m from the sea) with a beautiful beach and crystal clear sea, located in Croatia, heart of Adriatic coast, in the beautiful tourist village called Seget Vranjica (quiet getaway place with spectacular nature).


This luxury apartment is located on the ground floor.

There is a huge open space that connects a living room, dining room, kitchen and a large private terrace into a unique sun-bathed experience with spectacular sea views. There is a large retractable sofa and a smart TV in the living room, while you can use the massive dining table in the dining room.

There are two bedrooms with a king-size bed in each. One bedroom has got its own private balcony with the direct sea view and a walk-in designer bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bedroom is located right by the other designer bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen.

Guests have a private parking place at their disposal. All guests of the villa can use the traditional outdoor kitchen with the stone BBQ in the backyard.
