A new addition in 2021 to Tarentaise Properties
A cosy savoyarde chalet located in Seez 73700.
A perfect base for a ski , bike or mountain holiday with 5 bedrooms.
Plenty of space to park your cars and easy access to la Rosiere via navette ( 5 mins walk to bus stop) for Ecudets lift.
Ecudets lift is 5mins drive or bus ride from Chalet .
La Rosiere is 20 minutes drive or bus ride from Chalet
Les Arcs Bourg Saint Maurice Funival in 10 minutes by car or bus .
Ride straight from the Chalet to discover the many Cols in the Tarentaise area.

Large comfortable lounge with beautiful views down to Bourg Saint Maurice . It has a wood stove with free wood for winter or autumn stays . In the summer you can use the garden and BbQ.

The chalet is very well equipped with a modern kitchen with all appliances and double oven , including a pierrade, raclette and fondue sets.

There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a WC

A large double garage is perfect for bikes or equipment and has boot dryers.

We provide all of the linen and towels and beds are made on arrival . We also provide cleaning products to make your stay hassle free. Board games and child equipment are also included. You can find out more details and links to activities on the Tarentaise Properties site

Chalet très agréable & fonctionnel
Pour 9 personnes, chalet très agréable , fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Échanges fluides et de qualité avec la propriétaire. Très beau séjour.
