"I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. I called the front desk and had a lovely conversation with Fabio. This was a bit of foreshadowing to my stay. I arrived from Zurich and was delighted to discover it was just a few minutes from Davosnplatz train station, surrounded by shopping, dinning and entertainment, steps away from the ski hill jacobshorn. "Another great stay at Sunstar hotel, Lenzerheide. Great service from check in staff. Very clean & comfortable hotel with easy access to restaurants, buses & Lenzerheide town a short walk away."

"Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room."

"There is a difference between the "3 star" versus the "4 star" hotel but guests are able to partake in ameneities of both: including the shuttle that brings guests directly to the train station/entrance to Jakobshorn. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Drei Könige! Although the front desk is only open from 8am to 8pm, we arrived in Chur quite late—around 10pm. Thankfully, the hotel made the late check-in process incredibly smooth by sending us clear and thorough instructions ahead of time. Everything was easy to follow, and we were able to access the hotel without any issues. The room itself exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. The linens were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom was a good size with a modern feel. It was the perfect space to unwind after a long journey. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the effort they put into making guests feel welcome, even after hours. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and we’d love to return in the future!"

"Stayed here just for one night after arriving in Chur on the Bernina Express and before departing for the rest of our vacation. It’s a very simple hotel, but superbly clean, very friendly staff, a fresh breakfast and right in the center of the old town of Chur. There are even thoughtful additions such as outlet converters in rooms so everyone can use their electronics. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I happened to be in Chur again. "

Classic Alpine Views

"The Mercury is a fantastic quiet hotel with views of the alps. The room was exceptional and large with big picture windows. Very comfortable bed. Reception were very friendly and helpful with a variety of places to eat nearby. The only downside was that the hotel is a little distance from the railway station but a regular bus service drops you to the door, so no real issues. Loved it and would stay again. Huge inflatable Lindt bunny on the roof of the shopping centre"
