The village was stunning and fabulously quiet - we saw hummingbird moths, birds of prey and murmurations of starlings. As a base from which to explore Berlin some days and be able to return to rural tranquillity in the evenings, it was great, with good public transport links. I particularly loved just sitting outside to have my morning cup of coffee and drink in the surroundings."
