"Ed, the engineer was helpful in explaining why the room wasn’t cool enough for me at night. I thought the thermostat was broken but it doesn’t go below 68. I’m a middle aged woman, and keep my house at 64, so that’s way too high for he at night. The second night I got it to 67, I think he made it so. I appreciate that. I don’t need 64, but 68 is too high for my demographic! Also texting with Christine was also a great asset for the weekend. "

"Honesty, some of the questions didn't apply. I just needed to get away and steal a few hours of rest for myself. Considering that, i didn't find anything negative to say. It worked out for me. So with that, I'll say everything is perfect."

"The hospitality was fabulous! The rooms were very clean and so comfotable. Beautiful oceanview in a great location. Roof top hot tub was such a delight with a great set up. I will be coming here for my Newport getaways for sure!!!!"
