Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. Check in was very easy and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the office after check out! My only comment would be that more than 6 people staying here would be difficult! "Great property, clean at high standard, everything you need available, warm, spacious, coffee and different types of tea available, lovely welcoming . Easy to access train to Salzburg, gorgeous views of the mountains, definitely recommend 🤗ps: the only thing we struggle a bit was the signal and the Wi-Fi, very slow but anything else excellent.. "Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."
