My home is a modern, split floor plan, comfortable Santa Fe style in a great location. New kitchen includes granite and all stainless appliances as well as new washer/dryer and attached garage. The outdoor area is very comfortable with covered patio, large deck, water fall/feature hot tub and walk in gas fire pit with seating for 6-8 - all with a nice view of thunder and Wilson mtns.

Comfortable furniture and living area inside and 3 and bedroom, the master with attached bath, large closet and king bed.

Overall you will find is a very comfortable, convenient and beautiful place to spend some time in Sedona.

Excellent property
The property was excellent. The hot tub really came in handy after trail hiking. The appliances in the kitchen were great and the location to everything was terrific. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Sedona.

What a view!!

Great outdoor area and location
My wife and I based out of here to do hiking in the area. The location was excellent as we were close to everything that we wanted to do. This property has an amazing outdoor area! We stayed outside as much as we could. The outdoor fountain was calming. It was nice just watching the birds come for a quick drink or bath.

Good location. Check in/out process very easy. Owner readily available for questions. Be careful if you have dogs because javelinas come by in the morning and evening but they seemed low key and we didn't have any issues. The waterfall was nice and soothing as was the jacuzzi after we hiked to Devils Bridge 😊

The house and property was very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and even had extras to make things more helpful and convenient. Comfortable home with amenities
We had a nice time staying here! (our first VRBO experience) This house has a great kitchen and BBQ for cooking meals/packing picnics. The location was perfect for our interests (hiking, sunset, photography). I would definitely recommend this house if you have a car. Tips: If you have small kids, you may want to bring some plasticware. A computer or iPad is handy for looking up resources or maps.

Very nice house in a quiet West Sedona residential neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay! Only a couple of suggestions: Need updated kitchen stools and find out what the chirping noise coming from Elk's lodge is. It goes from early evening till late at night. Very irritating when trying to enjoy sunset and star gazing.

Great location, great amenities
We stayed for almost a week and this place was comfortable, centrally located to all rocks and attractions of Sedona, and had everything we needed. We wish that we could've spent more time outside in the beautiful back patio, but the weather was so hot, it was not comfortable to do so. Kitchen up to date, new washer/dryer, plenty of room for the family. Also, convenient to have a desktop computer available to us, so we could find a swimming hole with the 100+ degree weather! Would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Sedona area!

Great location,well equipped homegreat ameneties . We would return again . Loved the Grand canyon tour by Arizona tours. Problems: front door keyless lock cleared our code more than 24 hrs prior to our check out time and were no longer able to use the front door and had to leave back door unlocked, also multiple bugs in master bedroom

An Amazing Home in the perfect location
I have been to Sedona two times previously but stayed in a timeshare and hotel which was nice but Mark's home beat them hands down. This was my family's first vacation since my son's have been grown and have their own family and live in the South and West Coast. We all were very happy with the house and all the amenities it has to offer. Read the review that Sal and PJ wrote, it is spot on, no I do not know them. I hope Mark still has this home to offer the next time I come to Sedona.

Wonderful and peaceful stay in Sedona!!!
Our stay in Sedona was so relaxing and rejuvenating, exactly what we needed it to be. The house was a home, so much more than we ever expected. Surrounded by beautiful Sedona, with everything close by, the location is ideal. Sitting by the fireplace on cool mornings with a cup of coffee was my favorite way to start the day. On warmer mornings the patio and hard scape was a perfect setting. At night we could hear the waterfall as we drifted off. We loved the Sedona influence used to decorate and infuse the house with great energy. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. There were so many extra touches added to accommodate our stay, I could never have enough room to list them all. Suffice to say the owner goes the extra mile to make you never want to leave. Thank you!

Setup and location of property was convenient. The cleanliness was a disappointment: There were adequate linen except for washcloths.....only 4. There were 5 women. The TV instruction sheet said there were 4 remotes. There were only 3. It wasn't until Wednesday that the 4th was located inside the sofa. We had no volume until Wednesday. Cleaning staff should double check the number of remotes. Towels had not been completely dried and were very damp. The hot tub did not get hot.....only 84 degrees, 2 jets were not working. The outdoor grill was so dirty and greasy we did not use it. I am really not a big complainer.....just mentioning these issues to make improvements for future guests. Thanks!

Generally a nice place but needs attention
Nice house, well furnished, great location but property needs maintenance. Door to patio did not work--finally found a screwdriver and unscrewed safety catch so we could use the door. Contacted owner who said he would get it fixed but heard nothing more for rest of the week. Coffee maker takes 45 minutes to make a pot of coffee and carafe (Black & Decker) does not fit machine (Mr. Coffee). Ceiling fan in master bedroom does not work: strong odor from septic tank next to patio at times, I suspect it needs to be pumped out. Queen mattress sags and seems to be worn out--it rolls you into the middle all night long. Backyard fountain and hot tub are very nice and neighborhood is clean and quiet. Can't give a five star review based on those shortcomings but overall had a nice week in Sedona.

Two Months in Sedona
We normally spend two months in the summer(June and July), to escape the oppressive heat in Tucson. We love the town and always find great food and plenty to do. This was our first VRBO disappointment. The house was not clean, water pressure was terrible, the backyard was a shambles and the AC broke down one whole day because the rooftop unit is old, and was low on Freon. We picked up a used coffee pot at the Humane Society thrift shop, because the one in the house did not work properly. We had only seen the property on line, and we will never do that again. The exterminator told us he only did the outside , but we pressured him to spray the entire house because there were too many bugs. We bought ant traps for the kitchen which was over run with tiny ants! We could not possibly recommend this property to anyone until the owner invested money in serious upgrades. He is a nice guy, but unfortunately he has no idea how to properly care for a rental property.

Nice home great location
This home is nice and has a great location. My Wife and daughters arrived 15 minutes early just as the housekeeper was leaving and we waited until the 4pm arrival time to enter the home. The home is well decorated and had everything you need to make it your home for the week. The house has great views since it sits just below the airport. Upon arrival, we read over the notes the owner leaves for the guests, such as the Wi-Fi password, how to use the fire pit, and to let him know right away if there is any damage or if something is not working. When we first got into the home and unpacked, my wife (who is a clean freak) took a look at the washer and dryer to make sure it was clean before we needed to use it. What she found was mud caked inside the washing machine and dried mud covering the drum in the dryer and the lint screen missing. After spending about 2 hours cleaning the washer and dryer, I sent the owner a message via this site and told him what we have found and did not get a response from him until our week was over. Needless to say, we did not use the washer and dryer because we don't know if we got all the mud out and did not want to have clean muddy clothes. I really don't care that I had to spend 2 hours cleaning the machines, things happen. But, what I do not appreciate is the owner getting back to me almost two weeks after I informed him of the issue and blaming me for what we found upon arrival. He sent me a message saying he was there with the cleaning lady and the washer and dryer did not have mud in them and the lint trap was there just before we arrived and I should check with one of my guests to see if they took the lint screen. My family and I did not travel over 2,000 miles and pay $1,200 to wash muddy clothes and commandeer a lint trap. So, the reply I got from the owner is that he was going to keep $142 of my damage deposit to replace the lint trap and have a service tech clean the dryer exhaust because it posed a fire risk. I liked the house and location, but I don't think I would stay there again because of this issue. The owner said he was there with the cleaning lady, but the cleaning lady we saw when we arrived was by herself. I guess I have learned my lesson on renting vacation homes. I will inspect the home upon arrival and take a video and pictures with a date/time stamp of any damage I find and sent it to the owner instead of being a nice guy and fixing/cleaning what I find.
