I highly recommend never coming to this area over a holiday or based on locals- ever in the spring. Took us 45-50 to travel three miles. Trail heads never had spots. But I’m not here to warn you of the massive overcrowding aka ruining of Sedona.
Pros: very clean, no smell, comfy beds, location, roomy, views, near a great local hike trail, garage, lights labeled, WiFi, easy temp control, osmosis filtered water
Cons: no wash cloths, no body soap, no comfy lounge chair or hammock to watch stars, flat pillows, very slippery shower floors, not a lot in kitchen dept- prepare to buy “everything” if you are wanting to do light cooking, only leftovers from other guests.
It’s a well located and house built for privacy (rooms are all in separate regions which is nice). It’s the cleanest and most well built house we’ve been in. Everything works. It’s a great house for people who travel there within the region but not for those from east coast or far away bc you will need EVERYTHING… hair dryer, band aids, sugar, salt, Tupperware, coolers, camping chairs etc. There’s also no fire place working nor firewood like photo shows. None of this bothered us but I felt facts needs to be established for reviewers. It’s a WONDERFUL home that serves as a fantastic home base for busy hikers and visitors off on adventures!! We were so busy it was just nice and clean to sleep , eat, and head back out the door. If you’re here to hang indoors , move on. There wasn’t even a deck of cards. 5/5
