This is a private villa that includes a King Bed and a Full Sized Murphy bed with 2 SEPARATE full bathrooms. Private hot tub, grill and wrap around balcony to capture all the views. We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee & tea, toiletries, luggage racks and freshly laundered linens and towels. Top notch communication, from beginning through the end of your stay.
POOL: The shared infinity pool is not heated.
NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential sanctuary, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.
OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: To preserve the serene ambiance of Sedona for all our esteemed guests, we kindly request that outdoor noise be minimized after 10 p.m.

THINGS TO NOTE: We do require a Pre-arrival form and rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. Please note, all rental agreements and guest screening must be complete prior to receiving the code.
