Sedona W Chateau is a stunning choice for your next Sedona getaway. This property sits atop a hill giving guests panoramic views of the amazing red rock vistas and all the way to the sparkling lights of Jerome. Set on 2.33 acres, you will experience space and tranquility during your stay. While the location may let you feel that you are getting “away from it all,” its location in West Sedona puts you near 89A, giving you quick access to the popular restaurants, shopping and more. You will also be near many hiking and biking trails for some great outdoor adventures.

With 5,300 square feet of living space and the finest quality appointments and amenities highlighting the space, the home boasts four bedrooms, four full and a half bathrooms, and all the comforts to sleep up to 13 guests.

Just up the steps to the front door from the massive paver driveway, you will walk into an expansive foyer. The main level great room holds the living room, dining area and kitchen, with stunning mesquite solid wood and stone floors throughout. This main living space offers space and surrounding red rock views from every angle.

Living Room: Enjoy comfortable furnishings, a warm gas fireplace with a majestic stacked red rock surround, and a 43” Samsung Frame/Art Smart TV with Apple TV. Take in the surrounding views and natural light from the sprawling windows. Or step out onto the covered patio offering an outdoor dining table and a fire table and chairs to relax and soak in the views.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen space comes fully equipped with Dacor stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas stove top with griddle and double convection ovens, a warming drawer, a pot filler, wine fridge, and a SubZero refrigerator. Other conveniences include spacious counters, a center island with a second sink and bar seating for six. There's even a Keurig coffee maker for those coffee lovers. The surrounding windows provide breathtaking views, making meal prep and kitchen gatherings even more pleasurable.

Dining area: The dining area is open and bright with massive windows surrounding the area. You will enjoy a lovely dining table with seating for six and views overlooking the pool, as well as amazing views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte.

Family/Bonus Room: This wonderful family room is located on the middle level, and features comfortable leather furnishings, a 55” Samsung Frame/Art Smart TV with Apple TV, a gas fireplace, and lots of natural light (and of course red rock views!). The adjacent west-facing covered patio that a perfect spot to take in the awe-inspiring sunsets and summer's monsoon storms and rainbows. This outdoor space also offers outdoor dining and a massive natural gas BBQ grill.

Game Room: The game room is located on the lower level, and provides entertainment for all ages. It has the best in gaming: Olhausen shuffleboard table, a Tornado Foosball table, and dartboard. The wet bar features a granite counter, bar seating, and a mini fridge with an icemaker, along with a high-top barrel table and chairs. There are comfortable sofas, (one being a queen foam mattress sofa sleeper), and a 65” Smart TV.

Office (main level): Catch up on some work in this wonderful office space that offers a built-in desk and cabinets, and a printer.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand Master Bedroom (main level)— King size bed, warm see-through gas fireplace, 55” Samsung Frame/Art Smart TV with Apple TV, lovely sitting area, and access to a flagstone patio where you can enjoy those gorgeous views and desert breezes. The private bathroom is a sanctuary with a jetted tub right next to the fireplace, a spacious shower with dual showerheads and body jets, two granite counter vanities, make-up area, water closet with bidet, and an expansive walk-in closet.

Master Bedroom 2 (mid-level) — King size bed, twin day bed, 55” Smart TV with Apple TV, and walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom is a peaceful spot with a jetted tub, separate glass/tile shower and plenty of natural light. This bedroom has access to a shared patio (with master bedroom 3) offering another peaceful outdoor setting to enjoy the stunning red rock views. Check the gorgeous sunrises that will envelop this room.

Master Bedroom 3 (mid-level) – Two XL twin beds put together as a king (or can be separated upon request and a $30 fee), 55” Smart TV with Apple TV, and a private bathroom with a spacious shower and a walk-in closet. You'll also have access to the shared patio offering those amazing views and, if you are up early, the picturesque sunrises.

Bedroom 4 (main level) — King bed (two twins put together that cannot be separated) and two additional twin beds, a 55” Smart TV with Apple TV, and access to a full shared bathroom with a shower. And this room too has access to a patio.

Additional half bath adjacent to game room.

Deck/Patio/Backyard Areas:
The outdoor spaces of this home are simply spectacular. Enjoy a swim in the awesome salt water, negative edge swimming pool, or soak in the built-in jetted spa— there's even an outdoor shower. Dine outdoors with the open-air kitchen or gather around the fireplace complete with a spacious seating area. There are five outdoor decks and patios, and two waterfalls to bring a peaceful ambiance to the entire area. Gather around the fire table on the west facing deck where you can sit back and enjoy the outstanding sunsets — it's a perfect spot to gather for some conversation.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $155 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated October 1- March 31. There is no fee to heat the hot tub. The pool depth (shallow to deep) is 3'-4'-5'-6'.
