Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with filtered water (not RO) at the sink, no need to buy a lot of plastic water jugs. Best quality, high thread count white linens on all the beds. Open floor plan, minutes to stores, trails, red rock views and fun! The perfect retreat for family and friends.

This is an incredible house! Joel was an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. House was clean, spacious, and private. Perfect for a long weekend in the fall. The hot tub was a favorite! Close to everything. Would definitely go back!

I cannot say enough about how much we loved this house in Sedona. Located on the west side of the city, very close to many of the most popular trails. Close to downtown. Everything we needed was provided for us. The house was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, communication was excellent. Sedona is a magical area… we had such a wonderful time there. Don’t hesitate in booking this home, you will not be disappointed!

We traveled as a family (3 generations) to watch our grandsons football game. We wanted to stay together in a house. After the game we all enjoyed the jacuzzi and got to visit into the night. I really liked the way this house was set up with two bedrooms on one side of the common area and two on the other. One bedroom is had twin beds which was great for teens who don't want to share a bed anymore. :). The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone was friendly when walking. The house is close to stores and food, which was great. We made use of the sauna, hot tub and grill.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, with a front porch and a back deck to enjoy outdoor time. The location is ideal, with easy access to get to hiking trails, shopping, and for day trips to surrounding area. The sauna and hot tub made for a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking. Booking process, check in and check out were top-notch. Highly recommend!
