Even though they look cute and friendly they can be aggressive so please view them from a safe distance. Red cardinals and a variety of birds can be seen drinking from the babbling brook at the front entrance. Kitchen: The kitchen is massive and comes fully equipped with all the utensils, and even tasty spices, needed for any meal. It features stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas stovetop and a convection oven. Meal prep is a breeze with plenty of granite counter space or entertain at the center island that offers seating for two.
Kitchen features: 3 coffee makers - Drip, Keurig, french press. Coffee bean grinder and electric tea kettle. Rice cooker, waffle maker, air fryer, crockpot, blender and more.

Den/Family Room: This spacious bonus room is equipped with a cozy sectional sofa and a 60” Smart TV with Netflix. Step out onto the adjacent patio that also provides access to private salt-water pool and hot tub.

Dining Area: The dining area has seating for seven and a wall of windows to bring in the surrounding views. New remote control window coverings have just been added. Also, next to the dining area is a desk area for those time you might need to catch up on some work.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 40” Smart TV with Netflix, and new remote control window coverings. The private bathroom offers double stone counter sinks, a jetted tub and a separate tile shower with double shower heads.

Bedroom 2 — California king bed, 40” Smart TV with Netflix, and access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 — Queen bed and XL Twin bed, 32” Smart TV with Netflix, and shares full bath with bedroom 2.

Outdoor/Patio Areas:
The outdoor areas are serene and offer lounge and patio seating, a six-person dining fire table and a natural gas barbeque grill — all with those spectacular views. Best of all, this home has a fenced-in pool area featuring a private salt-water pool and hot tub - no chlorine smell, no skin irritations and silky smooth water. The pool and spa have ben totally resurfaced with gorgeous glass tile and a shimmering turquoise blue pebble infused with abalone shell, as well as LED color changing lights. There are also pool floats for your use. Pool depth at the shallow end is 3', middle end is 4'5" and deep end is 6'.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $80 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated Nov 1 - Feb 28, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. There is no fee to heat the hot tub.
