This one bedroom studio is right uptown in the best views of red rocks. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Private back patio and open views in the front patio. The picture window in the front gives you a outside feel on the inside of the home that gives a spacious feeling in the open floor plan.
This house is a newly remodeled studio/garage that is connected by one wall (bathroom) to the main house (connected to their second bathroom). The studio shares parking with the main house and we have reserved parking for this space in the gravel area. There are two parking spaces available.
The guest can access their back patio from bedroom door. Two parking places are available.
We strive to give our guest the best communication and help during their stay. We ask that you just communicate your needs or any issues that there may be.
The best feature of this house is location and red rock views. The neighborhood is well established with locals and we ask that you respect them with quiet stay. The wildlife is very much alive with javalina and coyote so just keep your distance when you are walking in the evening.
Very easy walking in the uptown area and you can get uber around town or use the public bus transportation.

The cleaning fee that is charged is for a normal cleaning which includes: cleaning and changing linens, sweeping light messes and mopping, cleaning normal use of toilet, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces.
You are responsible for doing your dishes, cleaning up any excessive dirty areas, any excessive linen usage are to be cleaned up by you.
Our cleaning service will charge extra if there is excessive cleaning to be done and that extra charge will be charged to you.
