Great friends getaway
I stayed with friends for 4 nights at Red Rock Retreat in Sept 2024. The location is great - right in Sedona with a view of Capitol Butte from the back yard. The backyard is perfect for an evening fire and the neighborhood is so quiet you can hear the birds flying by. We had a hummingbird visit us often. We were able to walk to Sedonuts this morning (10 min). The house was very clean. We didn’t have any time that we said “I wish the house had…”. I would definitely stay here again with friends or family.

Great Home in W Sedona
Rented this place for the Labor Day weekend. Six adults and two dogs. The house was just as described three bedrooms two bath and a nice fenced in yard which was great for the dogs. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of knives and pots and pans. The house was roomy and comfortable. A few minor things to point out. The sink in the guest bathroom is large but the faucet is tiny and you can't properly wash your hands. Also, there were a lot of what appeared to be mice droppings at the front door on the outside. When speaking to the host she mentioned that those were bat droppings from a bat that likes to hang out in the porch area and that she would have the cleaner clean that before the next guest. Lastly, one of the beds was extremely "squeaky". But none of those things had a negative impact on our trip. We loved the home and would rent it again.

Fantastic stay
The pictures and description of the rental were very accurate . We had a most enjoyable stay. The couches were comfortable; the yard was a lovely spot with both covered seating and sunny spots. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan and utensil you could need. There were many thoughtful touches like robes in the bedrooms, plenty of towels, walking sticks, umbrella, water bottles and bottle holders for hiking. The communication with the local manager and the owner was seamless and they were prompt in their responses. Fabulous location as well with the sugarloaf trails just a few blocks away. The sunset views from the front yard were amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This property is in a great location with many trails and views nearby! It was very clean, equipped with everything we needed, and had a wonderful outdoor area to enjoy. The neighbors were very friendly too! Overall a great stay!

Overall it was a good stay. The areas for improvement would include: Making sure the place did not have roaches. There were multiple scattered about the house. Be aware if you have allergies as it is a pet friendly house and animal dander is all around.

AMAZING
The views were breathtaking, it was located so close to uptown, all the trails, and restaurants and stores. The owner was so kind! It was the perfect stay for my family and I. I noticed they offered doggie poop bags, they had equipment for infants, and even a yoga mat! We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit, yummy home meals cooked in the kitchen. There was even coffee! The decor was so cute, it was a luxurious home away from home! A cute touch was a notebook that everyone had written in, and it was full of happy people! Definitely staying there again! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Anna's Nest
We stayed at Anna’s Nest over the Christmas Holiday, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The home was spotless, and the décor is tasteful and welcoming. The three bedrooms accommodated us well. The family room is comfortable and provided just the right atmosphere to hang out together. There is a nice sized TV and a good sound system. The Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and cookware. Our hosts provided a welcome package with tips and recommendations for restaurants, groceries, and coffee shops. Communications were clear and timely, and our local contact person was readily accessible. There was plenty of parking. Shopping and restaurants are a quick drive away. This Sedona location is perfect, the neighborhood is quiet, and several excellent hiking trails are within easy walking distance. The property was everything we hoped it would be, and we highly recommend it!

Wonderful home!
My cousin and I stayed at this property during our recent trip to Sedona. Both of us agreed that this was the best vacation rental we had ever stayed in as the host had meticulously thought of every single detail to make our stay wonderful. Felt Better Than Home
This is one of the best, maybe the best VRBO stay we have had. Everything was her perfect. The home was super clean, very spacious. We loved all the extras...water bottles, snacks, candy dog bowls, dog beds, hiking poles, and basic kitchen supplies. I love that we were within walking distance of a great trailhead. Close to the action in uptown Sedona. We will be back!

Warm and scenic stay!
We had a great stay here over the Thanksgiving weekend. Super comfortable place, gorgeous view of the mountains outside and great hikes walking distance away. Only issue we had is that the checkout requirements in the email we received were different than the ones in the binder at the property, so we had to do a bit of scrambling to wash all the dishes and get them put away and get the linens removed. Otherwise we had a great stay. Thanks!
