**This property MAY be rented to two guest groups simultaneously. Advance notification will always be provided. Common spaces are the driveway (parking), and backyard. Both the main house and Casita have their own exterior entrances (see photos).
Traveling professionals will love the private workspace with desk. (mid-term/monthly stays welcome.)
PETS: Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. (Cats or pets of any other type are NOT allowed.) Backyard is not fully fenced. Wildlife frequent the area neighborhood (deer, coyote, javelina, rabbits, etc)
