This gorgeous custom property was designed and built by a local family and completed in early 2020. It was furnished and stocked with the utmost care and is ready for your enjoyment! 

*Please note that the owners' residence is on the right side of the property with a separate entrance. The owners will not disturb you, but you are welcome to say hi if you want to!* 

After a full day of exploring, cozy up around the fire pit out in front of the house, or have a drink on the covered back patio. 

This home has everything you need to enjoy your trip to Sedona, including a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, large bathrooms with gorgeous tiled showers, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and Nintendo Wii, and two outdoor living areas. 

The owners have also provided games, puzzles, kid-friendly amenities, creek towels, outdoor blankets, and many other thoughtful touches. 

This house sleeps up to 7 people (please note that no one weighing over 120 pounds should use the top bunk of the bunk bed).

Great house in a great city.
The house was very clean. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The owners thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked. My wife and I didn’t have kids with us this trip or even kids the age of the bedroom that was set up for kids, but they thought to have books and toys for any small travelers. The rental was close to the Uptown Sedona area. We walked numerous times from the house to uptown. It was great to have access to the garage to park our rental car. The only complaint I would have is the second bathroom shower drained slowly. Would stay again if I came to Sedona again.

Great Location and Clean
We enjoyed staying at this rental. The house was clean and well equipped with anything you could possibly need- especially for children. I did reach out to the property manager upon booking to ask if they had a pack-n-play or crib to use, but never got a response (however, I never asked after the initial booking and just brought my own) the house does have a pack-n-play. The only negative was when the property managers or someone caring for the property showed up unannounced while we were at the home. They opened the garage and shut the garage which is accessible to guests to use (our rental car was in the garage at the time). It was a little unsettling and their arrival should have been communicated prior to arrival AND/OR communicated at arrival, but never was. I would stay at this property again in the future regardless. It is in a safe area and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This property was perfect for our group of two couples and a 2 year old. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Plentiful linens and toiletries. Lots of thought in making the space kid friendly with a PackNPlay, stroller, step stool and toys. Great location walkable to Uptown shops and restaurants.

The home was recently remodeled and very clean. The location was central and close to most shops and restaurants in Sedona. The neighborhood location was not good. In front are two store apartments, behind are two story homes looking down on your very small sitting area. This is also across from one of the bus stop locations with noise and dogs barking in morning hours. Be aware.

We LOVED our stay here. They provided us with all our basic needs for ease and comfort. Every drawer or cabinet we opened was stocked with convenience items. There were plenty of plush towels and blankets and the beds were comfortable for all. The location is perfect and everything about the home is beautiful and clean.

House in great location
When we first arrived, the house was very clean inside. The kitchen had everything we needed, great for having breakfast in the morning. Master bedroom was big, the bathroom was very nice. We really enjoying the best location for downtown sedona. Convenient to beautiful hiking about 1 mile. We would love to stay at this Property in the future

Perfect location for accessing shopping, dining, hiking activities. Clean. The kitchen was well appointed. We barely had to drive, but when we did, it was very easy to navigate the town. Look forward to our next visit here!

Yeah, this is the second time we have stayed at this property and we were not disappointed. The house is located within walking distance to uptown Sedona. Perfect Location in Sedona
Beautiful home just a stroll away from the Main Street in Sedona. Perfectly maintained and equipped with everything you could ever need. It was just two of us but this home would be great for a family, super cute bunks for the kids. We walked Uptown for dinner every night but cooked breakfast at the house, saving a few $ so we could do more fun stuff. This was our third VRBO in Sedona and though the others were lovely this is where we will go back to.

The property was very clean and true to the pictures. It was a great stay for 5 adults and close walking distance to uptown Sedona restaurants. There were many hikes/trail heads to choose from close to this property. It was warm in Sedona during our stay and the a/c worked well. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent for laundry and dishwasher were plentiful. Would stay again!

The house was perfect and exactly as described. I loved having a great hiking trail about 1.5 miles away and also being close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The decor and cleanliness met our expectations. I will stay here again and have actually recommended it already to other people.

Me and my family came to sedona to get away from the Phoenix heat for a little bit. We had a blast i really recommend this house is awesome it has everything you need and it's really close by all the restaurants and shopping store's we are sure coming back again in the future .
