This bright and airy bungalow in the heart of Sedona is perfectly located with a private backyard that is fully fenced in and enclosed safe for pups. It is walking distance to restaurants, Whole Foods, coffee shops, movie theater, yoga studios and much more. Whether you are coming to explore the 400+ miles of hikes and biking trails all around us, the healing of the vortexes or a special event, this home in a quiet, mature neighborhood with serene outdoor lounge space will be everything you need and more.

Our gorgeously remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home offers an open concept with fully stocked brand-new kitchen that is not your average vacation rental! We want you to feel right at home to cook, entertain and enjoy yourself. We also have an electric vehicle (EV) charging station for your use (extra fees will apply).

* MAIN BEDROOM: King bed with plush supportive mattress, fluffy comforter and pillows; dedicated desk space that doubles as a vanity for getting ready; we also have a full size washer and dryer tucked in the closet.
*SECOND BEDROOM: Queen bed with plush supportive mattress, fluffy comforter and pillows
*THIRD BEDROOM: Full bed upper bunk and additional two twin size lower bunk beds with super comfortable mattresses, fluffy comforters and pillows, ultrasoft combed cotton sheets
* LIVING ROOM: Fluffy couch and pillows, comfortable living room chairs with smart TV; air mattress available upon request.
* BATHROOM 1: Relaxing tub, organic fibrosoft towels, extra storage, and hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps provided.
*BATHROOM 2: Shower with great water pressure, organic fibrosoft towels, extra storage, and hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps provided.
* KITCHEN: Stocked with stainless steel state-of-the-art appliances, all the essentials and much more to prepare your favorite meals and drinks. You find quality pots and pans, baking dishes, storage containers, sharp knives, citrus juicer, blender and other gadgets you don't need but want to have, French press, Nespresso machine with milk frother and coffee pods….pretty much most anything to make your stay wonderful.
* DINING: Seating for six at the gorgeous indoor dining table plus an additional seating for three at the kitchen island, as well as outdoor wood dining tables. Fabric napkins are available if you're feeling fancy.
* ENTERTAINMENT: Our high-speed internet is ready for you and all your devices in case you need to get some work done during your stay. We have three SmartTV loaded with all the many streaming apps as well as bluetooth speaker and record player with records. We also have some kids and adult board games for a break from screen time.
OUTDOOR
* PATIO & YARDS: One of our favorite things about this property (and there are many) is the zen outdoor lounge space. With tons of lounge options, egg chairs, yoga mats/blocks, propane BBQ grill. Bonus: we have lots of yoga mats and blocks to meditate or get your downward dog on. We do have a backyard that is enclosed for those traveling with pups.

LOCATION:
The Birch Bungalows are situated in the heart of Sedona, Arizona. Minutes from uptown Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, and the Sedona Airport. We are just 2 hours from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport, and the Grand Canyon and 1 hour from Flagstaff Amtrak train station (highly recommend a sleeper car arrival into Northern AZ). We are 40 minutes from the old mining town of Jerome, nearby wineries and just 25 minutes from Old Town Cottonwood.

Great Place! Great Location!
Myself , my husband and another couple stayed with our fur babies. The place is beautiful, spotless and cozy. Great location as well. The hosts were friendly, responsive and quick to respond. The yard was enclosed by a fence so it was perfect for our pups. Highly recommend!

First off the property manager is incredibly fast and helpful in their responses making any issues you have during the stay only minor issues. The house is cozy with plenty of features to satisfy including a record player. The house is in a great location being within 20 mins of some awesome hikes.(Would recommend Devils Bridge and Bear Mountain and an app called AllTrails). Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone thinking about coming to Sedona.

Absolutely Beautiful Home!
We had such a wonderful stay in this home. Everything was clean, new and easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds are comfortable, the outdoor shower is perfect for the Sedona climate. The front yard provided fun games and comfy seating for relaxing with tea and a book. We absolutely would come back in the future! Our hosts were helpful and responded to our questions quickly. We really appreciated the Sedona guide book with excellent information about hiking and other activities. Can't say enough about how much this house made our trip just perfect!

This property was just as listed. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and trails. Very clean. The outdoor shower was an extra accommodation! Kitchen was well stocked and offered a high-end coffee maker including pods. Plenty of room for five adults. Two hours from the Grand Canyon. Visit Antelope Canyon if you can. It was amazing! Would definitely book this property again.

Property was top notch and perfectly located in the heart of Sedona and very close to Tlaquepaque. The home is better than shown in the pics and provides absolutely everything you need to feel at home. It was impressive how Brooke and Tim thought of everything you may need while you are visiting their home. Had all I needed to make my cocktails, grill and prepare a great meal. They also provided a seasonal parking pass for guest to access all the vortex trails in the area with free parking. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tim and Brooke are awesome hosts. Very attentive and everything needed was there. The home is super clean, bright and very inviting. Felt like home and I could easily live there. Will miss beautiful Sedona. We were 6 family members and never felt crowded. Highly recommend Tim and Brooke as hosts!

We had a very enjoyable 16-day stay at this great West Sedona location. Perfectly located for access to restaurants, shopping, hikes & groceries. Check-in was super easy, and Brooke and Tim were very fast to respond to any questions that we had. We have never stayed at a location that had more extensive kitchen supplies and fun activities inside & outside the house. The artificial turf in front was perfect for our daughter's little puppy, playing their bags game, and using the provided yoga mats for stretching exercises. We highly recommend this newly renovated, well equipped VRBO!

Having stayed at a lot of vacation rentals - this is my favorite. First, it is the cleanest property I have stayed at. Brooke did not cut corners with decorating, kitchen gadgets, furniture, etc. If you like West Elm and Pottery Barn - this is for you! The communication from Tim, her property manager, is phenomenal. If there is an issue, there is no doubt he will be available! The location is great. I was a little thrown off with what I thought was the backyard was actually the front. The backyard was fine for our dog but not as cozy as the front. It just didn’t work for us to hang out in the front as much as we hoped with our toddler/dog as they couldn’t run around on the updated yard either, with traffic.

Anniversary Get Away
Beautiful bungalow with relaxing interior, comfortable furniture and great front patio. Nothing was left out of this well appointed home - you've got everything you need including a washer/dryer which was a big plus. The back yard is in progress - but when that is complete...WOW... that will take it over the top. Owners VERY responsive to any questions or needs. Location close to shopping and trails. Met some nearby neighbors and they were very nice. We will be back!!

Incredible style and customer service
This was the perfect place for three friends who came to Sedona. Brooke has thought of everything! We are designers and loved all the details. Gorgeous interior design, very comfortable bedrooms and perfect kitchen for cooking chill evening meals. We made breakfast and some dinners and really enjoyed coming to this home after long days hiking. The place even comes with a ninja blender and nesprssso/extra pods. Kitchen has cooking items and even cooking ingredients like salt pepper etc. Loved the yoga mats and outdoor games. Truly, this amazing place was such a gem! So happy we booked it and everyone was so happy. I especially loved the outdoor shower and my friends also took some baths. Washer/dryer came in handy for packing just a carry on and hiking. AC works well in every room. Would definitely stay here again! Such a central location very close to Whole Foods for last minute grocery runs. Definitely book this if it’s available. We didn’t use the third bedroom as that has twins and bunks. Great for kids. Also, discovered that the master bedroom has a fancy sleep number mattress.

North-Central AZ Vacation
We actually had the pleasure of staying in two properties owned/managed by this team - this lovely home in Sedona and another less than an hour away in Jerome. Sedona: The house is very well-appointed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The fenced-in rear yard was an awesome plus for our pup. The home sits in a quiet, traditional residential neighborhood, less than a block from the nicest Whole Foods I’ve ever visited (in that all the prepared foods were super fresh, and the store carried tons of unique, locally produced fare). It’s within short driving distance of many local landmarks - hiking and swimming areas, shopping, historical, etc. The games (bags/cornhole, “giant Jenga,” etc.) on the astroturfed front lawn were great ways to relax after full days exploring the area. Our kids loved it. Jerome: Again, a lovely, well-appointed, comfortable home. It’s just a three or four minute drive from the Jerome town center, which is full of good shopping and eateries, and lots of fascinating history from what some call America’s largest ghost town. Again, we had a blast exploring the town, and it was great to have a nice, quiet, secure home to return to each afternoon. We’d highly recommend both these properties and look forward to booking one or both again in the future. Bonus: the ownership and property management team were quickly responsive to every query we made. They were extremely gracious when we thought our questions might be getting annoying, lol!

A Perfect Setting for a Perfect Stay
The Birch Bungalow was wonderful! Wonderful Cozy Comfort greeted us when we first opened the door. Clean and inviting was my first thought. A well stocked kitchen to welcome any cook. Comfortable Beds with soft sheets and fluffy pillows and Comforters. The 2 bathrooms each have a shower, one of which is outside that we thought was amazing! There is a nice soccer tup too. The owners did an amazing job remodeling and emphasized comfort and convenience. There are games to play for family fun and a nice patio area with more games and two swing/Chairs that we enjoyed a cup of coffee and watched the sun rise. This home is close to everything too and a short car ride or a leisurely walk. We will try too book this home when we come up again! Tim and Brooke are wonderful Hosts!
