This newly renovated space is the perfect getaway for couples or friends who are looking for an amazing space while being only minutes away to all of Sedona’s top attractions. Located on a hill in the middle of Sedona, which gives the property the needed elevation to have amazing Red Rock views. You will feel rested and recharged in this peaceful and “country” like setting while being a 5-minute drive to top restaurants, hiking trails, & attractions. We look forward to hosting you!

We live in Sedona and are nearby if you need anything but we respect our guest's privacy.

Quiet, historic neighborhood that is just minutes to Uptown shopping and restaurants and the world-renowned Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village. Walk to the Brewer Trailhead, or hop in the car and drive 10 minutes or less to Soldiers Pass, Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, and more!

We have ample covered parking on the premises. We are just a short drive to West Sedona, Uptown Sedona, and Tlaquepaque.

Please note that this home uses a ductless mini-split system to heat and cool rooms. This allows guests to have great control of the temperature of each living space. The mini-splits are remote operated and instructions on how to use them will be provided. If you have any questions, we are just a quick message away.

The home does not have CO detectors because there are no gas appliances. The home is fully electric!

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.  
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Know Your Guest. We do not see any of your private information.

Know Your Guest will collect a damage deposit. If no damage is discovered after your stay, this deposit is fully refundable with the exception of a $15 processing fee.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.

Overall perfectly situated near attractions but remote enough to be quiet. Clean, great bed & pillows. Minor suggestion is to upgrade couch for comfort and additional rugs on tile for warmth in cold months.

Christmas in Sedona
We enjoyed our 5 nights in this quiet neighborhood. Mountain views, short drive to unique shops, restaurants, and trails. We were glad to have a 4x4 Jeep to access trails like Devil’s Bridge. Spacious one bedroom with a comfy king bed. Kitchenette area was fine for making sandwiches, coffee, or tea. Outdoor space and covered parking were a bonus. Bathroom was modern and clean. The stackable W/D was great to have. Communication with hosts was excellent. Would stay here again.
